Haute Couture designer Jenna Jaynes is comfortable being blissfully numb in the safe bubble of her own creative world, until her smoking hot delivery guy thaws her libido and her heart with his smoldering dominant ways.

As CFO of a thriving delivery company, Ayden Kelley insists on order and discipline in all areas of his life, including the bedroom. Covering a last minute delivery, he meets a spitfire designer who captures his soul, and throws his regimented word into chaos.

He's dominant by nature, and she's as vanilla as they come. Will they find they're perfectly matched, or will the gap in their lifestyles be too wide to bridge?

I had so much fun reading THE DOM DELIVERS by Nese Lane. The female lead, Jenna Jaynes, is absolutely marvelous in all trips, plops and absolute refreshing honesty. And Jenna's assistant, Cedric, hmmm, I can't really decide if he's Bette Midler to Jenna's Lily Tomlin or more of a Rory to her Lorelai (Gilmore Girls). Either way, it works and works well. Their interactions were the highlight of the story for me. Well, one of them, at least. Enter one seriously hunky (yes, I used that word) Ayden Kelley and sparks begin to fly.

What works with the story: the characters' dynamics. Their interactions are great fun, the internal dialogue works well (really well), as does the actual dialogue. The sex scenes are downright scintillating, as are the fantasies. The BDSM and the introduction of Jenna to CeeCee's and Ayden's world works well (avoiding spoilers). Of note: There's a fairly heavy BDSM scene at the end of the story, but only one and it's well-crafted. And for me, what I found particularly brilliant was the laden BDSM elements throughout the story that unless you're familiar with the genre/lifestyle, you might miss entirely, but it served as a great way to build up the anticipation. Superb.

As a romance, this was a fun romp and made for a great way to spend an evening. The added BDSM elements and the erotica upped the enjoyment considerably. A definite recommendation.
