[Ménage Amour: Erotic Ménage a Quatre Romance, M/F/M/M, voyeurism, HEA]

Luc, Carter, and Jake make up the Buffalo Intimidators' top scoring line and play together both on and off the ice, with a history of sharing women. Each of them is also a client of massage therapist Eva. When they decide they want to be more than just clients, they approach her about having a ménage a quatre.

Eva's been secretly lusting after the guys for months, but was afraid to say anything in an attempt to keep her relationship with the guys on a strictly professional level. Besides, how could she pick just one when such mouthwatering displays of masculinity are spread out on her massage table every day? She agrees to the ménage, but when serious health problems begin to plague members of the team, will she want more than a quick score with her hockey boys?

Note: There is no sexual relationship or touching for titillation between or among the men.

If you're looking for a blazing hot read that is fast-paced and fun, pick up COLD AS ICE! If I could trade places with anyone, it would be with Eva, who has the best job imaginable! How can you top being able to massage the hard, hot bodies of three hockey stars of the Buffalo Intimidators? Perhaps by having a ménage a quatre?

Luc, Jake and Carter are at the end of their ropes. After months of having Eva soothe their aching muscles, but not their libido, they've had enough. At their favorite bar, Luc voices what his friends have been thinking about for months. How do they get Eva to accept them, not just as clients, but as lovers? That's the key that makes COLD AS ICE so successful. It's about putting Eva's feeling and wishes first, making her feel comfortable and secure in the relationship. The guys realize that if she's happy with the situation, then it's a winning proposition for everyone involved. And the sex is scorching hot!

Of course, it wouldn't be a five star rating without a few complications thrown into the story! Luc and Jake are approaching the end of their careers and are looking for a long-term relationship. Carter is younger and is undecided whether he should commit to Eva or continue to play the field. Will Eva commit to Luc and Jake? Will Carter continue to play the field?

Kudos to Cassandra Carr for weaving the controversy regarding performance-enhancing drugs being used by sports professionals into her novel. It's been a hot button topic for years and tends to be either swept under the "ice" or dismissed as being just a requirement of playing sports.

It's obvious that Ms. Carr is a devoted ice hockey fan. She crafts her charactes with such skill that you feel as if you're at the rink with the team. I loved the way she included such tidbits about pranks played on teammates, locker room repartee, and the fast paced play on the ice during games.

If you're a hockey fan, ready to delve into a ménage a quatre, you won't want to miss this book. It's a must read when the thermometer reaches 90. Just open it up and plop yourself down on that cold, icy rink! It'll melt in a hurry with the steamy sex!
