As a teenager in the 1980s, I fell in love with romance novels after borrowing a friend's copy of Betray Not My Passion by Sylvie F. Sommerfield. This began a mail correspondence with Mrs. Sommerfield that lasted several years, and those letters of encouragement are just a few of the many reasons why I chose to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a romance author.
Before switching my focus to writing mainstream contemporary romance stories, I published fifteen books from other genres under two pseudonyms. I live in Mississippi with my husband of 24 years and our two children, and when I'm not busy with my family, you can usually find me with a notebook and pen in hand, dreaming up new story ideas or working on one of my many ghostwriting projects.
I'm a proud member of Romance Writers of America and American Christian Fiction Writers.
