At Christmastime, who wants to be alone? Certainly not Evan Connor, stuck at home while his partner works through the holidays. Feeling more than a little sorry for himself, Evan sheds his annoyance when he returns home from a lonely grocery shopping trip and finds a stunning floral and balloon arrangement on his doorstep from the absent Drake. The surprise improves when he learns his lover has made it home for the holidays after all. Their reunion steams up the bathroom mirrors, literally. Apparently though, that was merely the "stocking stuffer." The big present remains in the bedroom -- their friend Mike, naked and waiting sans bow for some serious unwrapping.

The relationship between the unlikely pair--tall, business savvy Drake and petite, artistic Evan--feels oddly well developed for such a short novella. Their sexual chemistry sizzles throughout the rooms of their house. The addition of Mike raises that level but still manages to be fun. What a sexy, sassy way to celebrate the holidays. An enjoyable introduction to an author new to this reviewer, this little Christmas cookie may leave readers wanting the next installment.
