Contemporary Romance, Erotic Romance, Romantic Comedy
Two years after losing her fiancé Zach in a car accident, Robin is moving on. She's set her priorities, and one of them is following through with a life plan she and Zach made together...having a baby. It would be best if said child shared some of Zach's genes.
Enter David, Zach's older brother. He's Robin's best friend, her confidant, the one person who won't think she's crazy to do this...she hopes. Since there's no chance the ladies' man will fall for her, she hopes sex with him will stop the dreams where David takes Zach's place.
It's the invitation he's been waiting for, three years of watching Robin with his little brother, then watching her grieve Zach. If only she wanted David for himself and not a convenient sperm donor to conceive his brother's child. Then again, in such close quarters, maybe he'll be able to convince her to something more permanent...if his parents don't catch wind of the whole thing first.

The man who's been there for her since her fiancé died is the man she suddenly can't stop thinking about. He's had a thing for her since the day they met, but she was his brother's intended. Anything other than a platonic relationship should be off limits for them, but she'd like him to give her the baby she's always wanted. He won't be a substitute for his brother, but he'll do whatever it takes to make her his own.
Robin Lewis floored David Carson when she asked if he'd father the child she'd always wanted. She and David's brother Zach had planned to start a family right after they married, but fate had other plans. Now, after almost two years of mourning, Robin's ready to carry on, and David, the man who's become her closest friend and confidante, is the man she'd like to have father the child she never got to have with Zach. There's also the fact that she can't get David, the man who's now the most important male in her life, out of her thoughts.
David Carson is torn. If Robin hadn't already been engaged to Zach when he first met her, he'd have made a play for her. Robin's the woman of his dreams, but as she works for his family's construction firm and the family is overprotective of Robin, he's never felt he could withstand the complications and censure of pursuing a woman that was strictly off limits to a former love 'em and leave 'em guy like him.
David refuses to let himself be a substitute for Zach, but an even deeper fear is that if he doesn't agree to Robin's proposal, she'll find someone else to father a baby. So, despite his misgivings and the fact that they'll have to hide the change in their relationship, David plots a course to woo Robin in and out of the bedroom. And he'll figure out what to tell his family if and when Robin conceives.
ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU is an erotic romance that's spiced with naughty encounters, titillating toys, and a couple who are adept at hiding their emotional feelings from each other, but not their sexual desires. There's less emphasis on the romance than the eroticism, and the couple's subterfuge unnecessarily outweighs the pressing need for them to be adult enough to admit to the Carson family that they're seeing each other on the sly and in a sexual relationship.
But Brenna Lyons does inject bits of well-timed humor and heartfelt passion to make this a worthwhile read that will raise the internal temperature of those who seek their reading pleasure in erotic romances. The author also brings forth a pleasing and inventive conclusion that elicits a tingle, a chuckle, and a satisfying sigh.
