A full-time cellist and part-time stripper, Suri O'Callaghan views love a lot like she does unicorns. Her consuming family issues barely leave her time to sleep, much less chase rainbows. When a chance encounter gives her a night of no-holds-barred sex with her boss and his head of security, she figures it's a one-time thing. She's just glad her dry spell is officially over. She never expected to fall for two men who come complete with their own sets of baggage.
Dante Torres and Jericho Davies have spent years watching each other's backs. Their lives depend upon it. One night of shared sex with one of the strippers in their upscale club will change everything. They will reconsider everything: their sexuality, their trust issues, and even their own safety for a chance to make Suri a permanent part of their lives.
Normal relationships are hard enough. If all three people involved have multiple identities, nutty families, and psycho stalkers, it's enough to make a girl go crazy. When the end result is the chance to spend a lifetime loving the two hottest guys on the Boston club scene, the perks are to die for.

The characters in ENCORE aren't perfect. In fact, they're pretty damn imperfect and I love them all the more for it! ENCORE features three morality-challenged individuals who learn to care for more than just themselves.
Suri O'Callaghan is so over her doormat alter-ego Jen Robinson. While her Jen persona is a lovely and demure musician, Suri is a sexy exotic dancer at club Asylum, where anything goes. After "Jen" is outed very publicly at a wedding, Asylum's owners Dante Torres and Jericho Davies find the sad blonde angel drowning her sorrows...in their private suite. Suri lets the men know just how irresistible they are, and neither of them hesitate to show her just how mutual the feeling is.
Dante sees beautiful Suri's intrusion and subsequent menage request as fate...the opportunity he's always wanted to finally act on his desires for Jericho. The three of them share a no-holds-barred night together, but when Dante wakes alone in the morning, he's completely tied up in knots. As the Asylum puppet-master, Dante is used to manipulating his influential customers however he wishes, but he has no clue how to handle Jericho's morning after awkwardness and Suri's absence.
For Dante and Jericho to get involved with one another as well as an employee is the height of stupidity, a distraction they can't afford when running a club like Asylum. Unfortunately, all three agree it's more than just casual sex between them. As Jericho struggles with his newfound sexual feelings for Dante and shocking connection to Suri, Dante is finally seeing things clearly. He wants them both and is willing to do what it takes to have them both in his life permanently. But secrets and lies between the three of them will create some dangerous scenarios that could affect their happily-ever-after, as pasts become present with a vengeance. Can Suri, Dante and Jericho present a united front, or is their relationship doomed before it gets started?
ENCORE is book 4 of the Boston Avant-Garde series and can be read as a standalone novel. Ms. Maitland knows her way around a menage relationship both in and out of the bedroom! The chemistry between Suri, Dante and Jericho is completely palpable and so damn erotic. I loved the relationship between Dante and Jericho especially, as Jericho struggles with sexual feelings for Dante that he's never explored before. Dante's unabashed manipulation is fantastic, and even though he's not the typical "good guy" found in romance novels, you can't help but love him for his deviousness! Jericho is a perfect foil for Dante's wickedness. A pretty straight-laced good guy, he is the proverbial angel on the shoulder to Dante's devil.
Suri is wickedly awesome! Her struggle to keep up two distinctly different personas was fun to witness, and her tell-it-like-it-is personality complements the men perfectly. Knowing that the activities at Asylum are not all aboveboard (or even legal in some cases), Suri doesn't judge. She accepts her men as they are, determined to be by their side no matter what happens. It's so refreshing to read a book where the main characters aren't the usual Alpha good guys frequently featured. Instead, all three of them are mischievous and gritty and raw. They make bad choices and don't apologize for being less than stellar citizens.
My favorite thing about ENCORE is that there's no big moral "ah-ha" moment, just the realization that each of them would do whatever it takes to protect the ones they love, even if it skirts the line of morality. ENCORE is a totally unique snapshot of less than perfect characters who make the perfect trio. Awesome book!
