BDSM, Contemporary Romance, Erotic Romance, Ménage or more
It seemed like they had everything, but they didn't have Jack.
Without question Spencer Hartley burns hot for his girlfriend, Rory, but his other desires are hidden down deep. He might blow things up for a living and climb mountains for kicks, but the scariest thing in his life is the truth about his sexuality.
Jack Rothman works hard and plays dirty. After long, demanding days in his family's engineering firm, he indulges in the pleasures of silk restraints and fine wine. Lots of hot meaningless sex helps him forget that he's suffocating, with no one to give him a reason to breathe.
When a catastrophic accident traps Spencer in a flooded subway tunnel with Jack, they need each other to survive. But something strong stirs down there in the darkness, and it's more than their desperation to live. There's a spark between them that's impossible to ignore.
Rory Campbell would love to give Spencer the one thing he doesn't have, the freedom to explore his secret desires. But how does that fit into her picture-perfect relationship?
When Jack invites the couple to his sprawling Hamptons beach house, Rory realizes that she has secret desires of her own--the kind only Jack's Dominant hand across her bare bottom can satisfy...

Damn, this is one seriously sexy read!
Spencer Hartley and his girlfriend Rory have an awesome relationship. So in tune with one another, even their sex life is perfectly matched. Until Spencer gets trapped underground with his boss Jack Rothman and the sparks that the two generate are palpable. While Jack unabashedly enjoys sex in all its glorious forms, Spencer has shoved his bisexual tendencies so deep that this attraction to the other man scares the shit out of him. Rory knows Spencer's not being true to himself, but it's not until she sees the possibility of more than a friendship with Jack that she actively encourages him to explore and enjoy…not that watching the two gorgeous men would be a hardship! None of them are expecting to fall for each other so quickly, nor the emotional turmoil that comes with the unconventional relationship.
Yum yum YUM, was POLISHED delicious! It's everything I love in my erotic romance, a decadent storyline, hot sexy time between two masculine dudes with a hot girl between them (sometimes), some D/s action and tension too thick to be cut by even the sharpest knife. The chemistry between all three of them simply jumped off the pages, but especially between Spencer and Jack. I didn't like the fact that, a lot of the time, Rory was more of a bystander than an integral part of the menagé. The men just had so much lust between them that she was kind of forgotten, then included with a quick "come here, Rory."
Even so, the writing was well done and erotic as sin, and I could have read about this threesome forever! Jack was awesome – he was absolutely comfortable in his own sensual skin, despite the crappy hand dealt by his dad. He encouraged Spencer and Rory to step out of their comfort zone in more ways than just a threesome, and while Rory wholeheartedly embraced the sweet sweet lovin', it took Spencer a little longer to come to terms with his bi side. I'm looking forward to the next book in Ms. Turner's loose, menagé themed series, Make Me.
Bottom Line: Hot, gooey and sinfully sweet, POLISHED is better than a triple dark chocolate dessert at the finest restaurant, and more sensual than their best bottle of merlot.
