LGBTQ, Paranormal Romance
Socialite Lindsey Vanessen wants someone to love who will love him back—an impossibility for a gay, half-human, half-werewolf. Too aggressive for humans, too gay for wolves, and needing to protect the pack from human discovery, Lindsey tries to content himself with life as a successful businessman. But when someone starts kidnapping members of wealthy families, Lindsey meets tough cop Seth Zakowsy—the hunky embodiment of everything Lindsey wants but can't have.
Seth has never been attracted to flamboyant men. What would the guys in the department think of Lindsey? But intrigue turns to lust when he discovers Lindsey's biting, snarling passion more than matches his dominant side. It might mean a chance at love for a cop in black leather and a wolf in Gucci loafers.

WOLF IN GUCCI LOAFERS is a riveting m/m shifter romance that keeps readers on their toes. Believing himself too aggressive for humans, half-werewolf Lindsey Vanessen resigns himself to being a successful businessman. Tough cop Seth Zakowsy is investigating a series of kidnappings and though he has never been attracted to flamboyant men, he's intrigued with Lindsey.
This fast-paced and smooth-flowing plot keeps readers shivering in anticipation with suspense, action, drama and romance. The author brings the story to life with well-written scenes and details that capture the imagination and the well-orchestrated suspense draws the reader deeper into the story and doesn't let go. The strong compelling characters are easily related to and grab the reader's attention from the very beginning.
The attraction between Seth and Lindsey radiates lots of heat from every page and the sex scenes are scorching, but the relationship has a few obstacles to be overcome. Seth fights the attraction because of Lindsey isn't his usual type and he believes that Lindsey couldn't handle what Seth wants. Appearances can be deceiving though. Lindsey believes that Seth couldn't handle him because of his rough werewolf nature. The reader can't help but get caught up in their story as they try to reconcile what they think with what they feel. I will admit the author did such a great job with these characters that I would have never believed it either and Lindsey got on my nerves to begin with, but I quickly got over that as I got more into the story.
The author keeps the reader guessing with some surprises along the way and spine tingling tension builds throughout the story as the danger escalates and Lindsey gets caught up in the kidnappings. The story is intriguing and entertaining. and I couldn't put it down until I had read the very last word. I haven't read the first one yet and I am looking forward to reading the next one.
