SUMMARY
A foursome is sure to quadruple your pleasure.
Molly is off on another adventure. Determined to open a dress shop, she accompanies her mistress Annabelle, the new Countess of Glenhaven, on her bridal journey to fashionable Paris.

To Molly's chagrin, her young mistress seems hell-bent on courting disaster. Encouraged by her overindulgent husband, Annabelle satisfies her every whim. She dresses in men's clothing and delights in her newfound freedoms. An attack by a rejected suitor is the least of the troubles the women endure.

But more than her mistress' shenanigans has Molly's head spinning. Logan, her lover, has declared his intentions. He speaks of love and a life together. Molly has her future mapped out and never saw herself as a wife.

As far as Molly is concerned, a husband will only hinder her plans, but that doesn't mean she won't enjoy his efforts as he tries to convince her otherwise.

Reader Advisory: This book contains scenes of ménage à quatre, including brief scenes of FF intimacy, as well as a scene of attempted rape.

Fun, sexy read!

Molly O'Dowd is the longtime mistress to Annabelle, the new Countess of Glenhaven, but she dreams of leaving a life of servitude and becoming a clothier. Annabelle has recently married the Earl, Gideon. Neither lady is exactly the epitome of proper, but nevertheless, Molly is shocked by how Gideon indulges Annabelle in all of her whims, especially if they're of the sensual variety! Molly is no prim miss, she herself has more than enjoyed the pleasures of the flesh that men in London and Paris provide, but now that she's got a steady lover in Gideon's head groom Logan O'Rourke, she has become even more adventurous, engaging in treats she's never known!

Even though Logan is an absolute rake, he seems to want to court Molly properly, declaring his intent to marry her and get up to all sorts of erotic shenanigans! Molly never saw marriage in her future, but when Logan schemes with Gideon and Annabelle to entice Molly into a wicked foursome, she thinks that maybe she can have it all. Perhaps the naughty Logan will be enough of a man to tame her...or let her live out all of her fantasies! When an attack leaves the ladies battered and bruised, the foursome must make plans for revenge...

QUITE A QUARTET is the second installment in the Molly's Mayhem series, and it can be read as a standalone. That said, I desperately want to read the first book since the references sound so delightfully hot! Ms. Michaels has created a fun and decadent world in which the privileged folks lived and played (though I'm not exactly sure what year this is set in). Her descriptions were terrific and the verbiage of the characters realistic for the late 1800's - early 1900's time period. I loved Molly and Annabelle discovering one another intimately; it was both playfully fun and super sensual. I found myself wishing that Gideon and Logan would also engage one another in some Victorian era man love, but alas, that dream didn't come true.

The sex was scorching during all of the encounters, but I was disappointed about how brief they all were! Even for a short novella, I would've preferred fewer long encounters to many brief ones, particularly since the quartet scene mentioned was so short! Additionally, I'm not a fan of serial novels and QUITE A QUARTET definitely falls under that category! The major cliffhanger just as I was really getting into the story really bummed me out, though Ms. Michaels did a great job making me want to read the next installment to find out what happens to Molly, Logan, Annabelle and Gideon, and of course the addition to the couples--Raul!

All in all, QUITE A QUARTET was well written and fun and I'm looking forward to reading more.
