Tied together by a web of deceit, each strand of truth snips away at the ties between Kitten and Caden.
In the conclusion of Hanna Peach's Bound series, BOUND FOREVER picks up where the previous installment ends. While the first book, Bound by Lies, was full of anticipation and secrets, the dynamic changes with the new release.
Readers are in for a roller coaster ride from past to present with a few pit stops to visit pure evil along the way. While the attraction between Kitten and Caden is still very evident, forbidden trysts have given way to unraveling lies.
Nothing quite prepared me for the twists and turns. The author's writing style is designed to fully engage the reader, so this is one of those books that you will want to read straight through. Of all the depictions of despicable villains, Jacob Tyrell is high on my list of the ones I never want to meet. The author doesn't pull any punches in making him a nightmare come true.
Between the buckets of angst and heart-pounding sexual intensity are two very strong main characters. It is definitely not a book for the faint of heart. It's raw, gritty and incredibly satisfying to finally get to a point where there are no rules, restraints or blindfolds. To get to that place, readers will need to put their trust in the author -- and she delivers in a big way.
