SUMMARY
Caught between a rock and a rock-hard body...
Salon owner Virginia Boca has declared herself celibate...at least until she wins the election for mayor of Bluelick, Kentucky. No hot men. No sex. And her plan to play the good girl might have worked—if the mysterious, hard-bodied stranger she's seen around town hadn't pulled her from the street and saved her life.
The least Ginny can do is offer her savior a free haircut. But when an innocent haircut turns into hours of wickedly hot sex, former Navy SEAL Shaun Buchanan knows his plan to keep a low profile is shot. Especially once Ginny finds out he's the current mayor's son. With her reputation and the election on the line, Ginny seems determined to keep their nightly sexcapades a secret, but Shaun's not willing to stay in the shadows forever...

Who knew that a small Kentucky town could feature so much excitement?
Author Samanthe Beck introduces readers to salon owner Virginia Boca and former Navy SEAL Shaun Buchanan in FALLING FOR THE ENEMY.
Ginny is running for office and wants to keep her reputation clean. She just didn't count on such a handsome man being a temptation. While they try to keep their attraction under wraps, there are simply no secrets in a small town.
Aside from the panty-dropping encounters, the storyline features a good dose of humor and drama. The political race is quite hilarious as Ginny and her opponent square off. I loved the small town flavor portrayed in the book.
Add some plot twists to the mix and there is plenty of excitement to go around. I'm sure that I've never had a haircut experience quite like the one Ginny gave Shaun, but it was definitely worth reading. It's a fun story with a good mix of passion.
