Paranormal with Romantic Elements, Urban Fantasy, Vamps & Shifters Romance
Book one of an exciting new urban fantasy series…
Someone is abducting women and killing men in a way to get Kirsten O'Shea's attention. Luckily, she has some formidable friends and allies in the supernatural world, and she isn't without her own defenses, either.
A powerful master vampire romances her while the alpha werewolf flirts with her, and an ancient being who used to be worshipped as a god wants her dead, but Kirsten survives, even if she is Only Human.

Kirsten O'Shea's may be only human but she is in no way a helpless one, which is a good thing since women are being abducted and killed and an ancient being wants her dead in this thrilling new urban fantasy.
Kirsten O'Shea is not without her own abilities which come in handy when fighting demons. The reader can't help but get enthralled with the story as Kirsten not only learns how to strengthen her abilities but meets and makes new friends and allies as well as enemies. All the characters are strong, compelling and grab the reader's attention from the very beginning but Kirsten definitely steals the show with a charismatic and kick ass but vulnerable personality that speaks to readers. There is romance is this urban fantasy as a powerful master vampire has caught Kirsten's attention even as there are several other sexy hot Doms flirting with her too. In fact the story has lots of red-hot BDSM scenes.
Lots of dangerous excitement builds anticipation throughout the story as Kirsten and her friends go up against demons and some really heavy duty bad guys come to town when they start hearing of Kirsten's special abilities. Some want her dead and some may end up helping her, but none are exactly sure what to do with her, which adds lots of spice to the story.
The author brings her fascinating new world to life with well written scenes and details that capture the imagination, with unique and intriguing elements that make for a refreshing change. The smooth flowing story starts off with a slower steady pace building up the character and allowing the reader to really get to know Kirsten and her world but it soon picks up and keeps readers on the edge with lots of suspense, excitement and passion. I am looking forward to reading the next one as well as the other two connected series.
