As a single mom, Hannah Morrison is struggling to run her restaurant and take care of Sam, her son who's been diagnosed with autism, but when she finds out the truth about her one night stand, everything changes in this captivating paranormal romance.
Dr. Bear McWilliams has finally found a woman that begs to be chased and his bear is hot on her heels. The reader can't help but get caught up in the emotionally gripping romance as Bear and Sam sets out to convince Hannah that she wants to be caught because while the attraction burns hot, Bear's secret may stop the relationship in its tracks. The characters are strong, easily related to and demand the reader's attention from the very beginning. The fast paced and smooth flowing plot captivates readers with suspense, excitement and passion.
Expectation builds as Sam grows closer to more of the Kalispell shfiter residents and one resident who really dislikes humans gets a surprise. The well written scenes and details capture the imagination while the suspense draws the reader in and ensures that they want to know the whole story. The emotional issues add lots of depth and a special little boy captures the heart.
This story is full of lots of happy moments as some shifters get some very exciting news and chuckles from some humorous situations. I was completely charmed from beginning to end and I can't wait to visit Kalispell again.
