Hired by Nick Morietti and Steve Vanguard to decorate their newest hotel, Julianna Lovette is determined to make a name for herself.

Nick and Steve's raw sexuality, though, draws her like a moth to a flame—irresistible, but potentially lethal. When she becomes their lover, she's tossed into a world of passion she's always searched for but thought she'd never find.

Dominant and strong, they take her in ways she'd never imagined and earn a submission from her she never thought she'd give.

When passion comes at a price, she has to depend on them to keep her safe from an enemy from Steve's past. An enemy who's waited for years for a chance to get revenge. An enemy they believe she works for.

She learns that trust will come at a steeper price. But can offer the biggest rewards.

I just can't forget this amazing story. CRESCENDO is going on my best ménage stories of 2011 shelf for sure. It's long and suspense-filled and completely delicious. This is one of those Top Picks you really HAVE to look into. It was Fun with a capital F!

Nick Morietti and Steve Vanguard find Julianna Lovette driving like a maniac ready to kill someone. When they stop to render aid (or chastise her if she is drunk and driving) they discover a victim of a violent crime. They take her to her home where both of their protective instincts take over.

Little does Julianna know that the two men whom she is mortified witnessed the aftermath of a night gone wrong with a Dom are the same men she has applied to work for. When she shows up to interview for the job of decorator for the new Crescendo Hotel, she comes face to face once again with Nick and Steve. And it's pretty clear from the get go that they want her for her body as much as they want her for her mad decorating skills while they are working together.

I found it fascinating to have two men who had never shared before struggle to make this work so they can enjoy Julianna for the short time she will be around. They may have been best friends, but they have never had the same taste in women. Until now.

They are very different boys. One is a Dom. The other is a typical sex god. Together, they make an interesting yin and yang. Nick's inner Dom likes to make her beg and moan, while Steve's powerful lust is looking for the scream of ecstasy. Talk about having the best of both worlds. But it does come at a price. The two best friends struggle with jealousy and need.

There are a couple of suspense plots running right alongside the romance story. An enemy from Steve's military days continues to hunt him. Julianna and Nick become targets to use to get to Steve, so Steve must keep them under the watch of a bodyguard. Someone is also trying to sabotage the hotel project and pin the errors on Julianna. If you took out the romance, the action and suspense alone would hold up as a fabulous read, but add the ménage back in and you have something irresistible.

CRESCENDO has it all, edge-of-your*seat suspense, a whose-doing-it mystery, three hot young things searing the sheets and a cadre of buff soldiers standing guard who don't trust anyone. Oh. And an ending that will leave your jaw on the ground while you scratch your head thinking, "How did I not see that?"

Menage fans, this needs to go on your must read list. It not only took my heart and my libido for a wild ride, my brain was doing the looptie-loop too. Go forth. Pick this one up. And….Enjoy!
