Chick-lit, Erotic Romance
Billionaire playboy? Check.
Ruthless businessman? Check.
Absolutely sinful? Check.
Malcolm Saint was an assignment. A story. A beautiful, difficult man I was supposed to uncover for a racy exposé.
I intended to reveal him, his secrets, his lifestyle--not let him reveal me. But my head was overtaken by my heart and suddenly nothing could stop me from falling. I fell for him, and I fell hard.
Malcolm Saint is absolute Sin, and I've become a hopeless Sinner.
Now that the assignment is over, Saint wants something from me--something unexpected--and I want this wicked playboy's heart. But how can I prove to the man who trusts no one that I'm worthy of becoming his plus one?

Rachel Livingston screwed up…big time. She accepted her assignment and had a clear plan of action. But a funny thing happened on the way to getting that major story, she fell in love. Now the object of her affection, Malcolm Kyle Preston Logan Saint, doesn't trust many so you can imagine how he reacts to her upon discovering her deception. Rachel is positively ruined emotionally. Who can blame her? If a man could be measured by mountains, Malcolm Saint was Everest. And though we know Malcolm is destroyed, he just retreats into his world and does what he does best--capture the moon. After all these two have been through and despite their impossibly sizzling hot connection, one wonders, can he forgive her?
I waited for this book like a kid waits for Santa on Christmas morning! Malcolm and Rachel did not disappoint. This book had me on edge from page one. It was intense. It was sexy. It was sweet. It was heartfelt. It was just so good you could eat it up with a spoon!
In book two, I found Rachel to have matured. She learns how to take her punishment and roll with it. She knows she may have lost the best thing in her life, and all she wants to do is make amends. I loved that she didn't become a wimpy mess. She held her head high in the face of a social media attack. I could feel their pain, and I just wanted to lock them in a room and force them to work it out. I was emotionally invested in this story, and it even elicited some happy tears.
It's very rare to find a follow-up book that is just as good as or better than the first book. Ms. Evans rocked me to my socks. This story was so hot at times, I swear my smoke detector went off. I will say it again, do not let the title of this book throw you off. This series is just great. It's well written, well thought out and well worth your time. Say goodbye to all your other "book boyfriends" because Malcolm Kyle Preston Logan Saint will make you forget them all!
