High school grad Morgan Breck is riding out his last summer at home before he goes off to pursue the course of study his parents want him to take—at a college they want him to attend. His days are boring and lonely until a construction crew arrives to build a house across the street.
One of the workers is the sexy Sparrow Smith, and he quickly catches Morgan's eye. Morgan is surprised to discover he and Sparrow share a mutual attraction; one that leads to smoking hot sex, the kind that leaves the room sweltering.
The guys' friends-with-benefits relationship soon grows into something more, and Morgan realizes he can't live without Sparrow. But summer's end is rapidly approaching, and his parents are determined he leave for college, which will take him hundreds of miles away from the man he's falling in love with.
Standing up to his parents has never been easy. In fact, Morgan's never done it before. Ever. Morgan must work up the courage to voice his needs, or he'll have no choice but to let Sparrow go.

EYES ON SPARROW is a hot, new adult romance, where Morgan really does get the guy of his dreams.
Morgan just graduated high school and was spending his last summer at home. While lounging around, he noticed some construction going on down the street. So he pulled up a lawn chair and watched the hunky guys getting all hot and sweaty.
There was one guy in particular that caught his attention. He even dubbed him "Dream Boy". Morgan soon found out that Dream Boy, Sparrow, shared this attraction. They started hanging out together and meeting up during Sparrow's lunch. Their attraction started to grow into more.
Morgan and Sparrow had some small obstacles to overcome, namely Morgan's parents, but they managed to get their HEA in the end. Of course, all while having some hot and sweaty moments together in the process.
There is nothing earth shattering about this novella, but it was one heck of an enjoyable romance. Things moved too fast and some questions were left unanswered. But I really liked these guys, especially Morgan. He sacrificed a lot for Sparrow and took some great risks, especially considering his age.
Definitely recommended for a short and fun romance.
