Answer: Lots of laughs and tons of heat. You'll be left wanting a Dr. Ryan Andrews of your own.
Warning: This story contains mature humor, a lot of cursing, and of course, sexual situations. It's intended for adult readers who enjoy that kind of thing.

Natalie Reese is quickly approaching 30 and despite all her meticulous planning, her life hasn't quite turned out the way she had hoped. There is no husband, no 2.5 children, no dog and no white picket fence. Life dealt her an unfortunate hand, and so when her foster mom got sick, Natalie dropped everything to take care of her.
With her mom now gone, she finds herself at a crossroads and much to her disbelief…still a virgin! So Natalie does what any intelligent, successful female would do. She hires a sexual surrogate. In her mind, it's all going to be a smooth and clinical process. She'll lose her virginity, no one will be the wiser, and then she'll go about the business of finding Mr. Right and checking off the rest of those boxes on her To-Do-List.
What she didn't plan on was Ryan Andrews. The soon-to-be Ph.D. graduate also happens to be a sex surrogate on the side. He is the kind of gorgeous male that wicked dreams are made of, the kind of man who makes women stop and stare. And Natalie wasn't immune to all that goodness wrapped up in that impossibly hard body. Though her therapist had provided her with all the rules, regulations and expectations of her "sessions," Natalie couldn't deny the obvious attraction to Ryan. And try as he might, Mr. Andrews found all his professionalism going right out the window every time the mere thought of her popped into his head.
Will these two be able to keep up their charade or will they give in to the feelings they both have even though they may be a little more than unethical?
This book was so much fun to read. I absolutely loved the writing style of Ms. Brown. Her characters were strong and likable. While the story line was different, I felt the author was able to bring humor and lightness to a subject that could have been viewed as questionable territory. This was a well written, enjoyable story, and I will definitely look for more from this author.

I absolutely loved this book! I began to crush on Ryan in the very first chapter and it just continued to build from there. Soon, I was head over heels for the guy. And I found Natalie and her potty mouth to be hilarious. I can relate, since I have a swearing-streak myself. The alternating POV was great, too!
As hinted in the book's blurb, our Natalie has had a bad go of things. When her first serious boyfriend surprises her by admitting he is gay, her plans for the future begin to crumble. A lack of a social life and caring for her sick mother leads Natalie to becoming a thirty-year-old virgin.
Her plan is to use a sex surrogate (Ryan) to help her to work through the "issue" so she can begin the hunt for Mr. Right. Little does she know, Mr. Right might be closer than she thinks. Her meetings with the surrogate begin to awaken Natalie's dormant (if not extinct) sexuality. But that isn't the only thing that Ryan begins to stir in her.
At the same time, Ryan realizes that this client is unlike the others and could cause serious problems for him. Yet, he can't seem to help himself. While he hasn't been sexually-dormant (due to his job, obviously), he has been unable to date due to work and school. So in a way, he has lived without affection for just as long as Natalie has.
But this book is more than just sex. Betrayal of friends and colleagues, blackmail, and chance encounters keep this story exciting and unpredictable. I can honestly say that I will be re-reading this in the future.
5 fabulous stars! Awesome characters, steamy romance, and an intriguing plot. If the second book is anything like this one, I just may faint!
