TRADING UP is a mini inferno that will leave you fanning the flames while you wonder, "What if?"
This is a short I just can't seem to get out of my head. Yes, Mr. Chase can write a scorching tryst that tends to leave me shivering and spent, fully satiated. Hmmm. Satisfaction. (Really, if you haven't read his work and ever need a little erotic moment, you can count on Brindle Chase to deliver.)
But TRADING UP was more than just a quickie to enjoy by the pool. I can't seem to shake the whole premise. The whole notion seems so intriguing, and on a frightening level, believable.
Theresa is a gorgeous hottie who loves to live life to the fullest. She's not ready to settle down and the nights by the TV or in bed are beginning to bore her. She knows it's time to move on from her current boyfriend, Mark. She also knows her sister Heather is his perfect match. The two of them can spend hours talking at family gatherings. It's how Theresa plans to get them together that raised my eyebrows and dropped my jaw.
The two sisters look enough alike that Theresa encourages Heather to switch places with her and seduce her man. They both know that Mark is such a catch he'll be snatched up the minute Theresa lets him go. A preemptive strike is their safest course of action. But could you do it? Could you sneak in the dark and seduce a man who thinks you are his lover? And would a guy eventually be OK with it even if you were the girl he'd been fantasizing about for months? So much to ponder.
The scary part is how believable the whole scenario was. Mr Chase wrote the connection, gave the two history and obvious chemistry. And then he followed a logical path that has me shaking my head, saying, "This is so wrong. How in the world can I be so happy for the two of them?"
Erotic fans who like their luvin' hot but without a lot of wild kink, TRADING UP is just your speed. If you are heading down to the pool, this is a great one to download and enjoy (it will look like the sun is the reason you are so hot). Pick it up and then report back to me here. Is Heather a skank or one smart cookie? Enjoy!
