Book 2 of Bad Boys of X-Ops
Contemporary Romance, Erotic Romance, Romantic Comedy, Romantic Suspense/Mystery

From the world of bad boys of Retribution MC comes a deliciously dangerous, scandalously sexy, four part series!

Fight to win.
Fight to survive.
Fight for love?

Let's face it. I've got a bad rep with the ladies. I'm a rough-talking, smooth-loving, international playboy—yeah right, whatever—and an X-Ops specialist. Sure, I'm hiding a secret or two. Who isn't? That's the least of my concerns when I'm called in to lead an infiltrate-and-retrieve mission.

I've got my head in the game—the one firmly attached to my shoulders. An American embassy overseas is under siege, and I'm expecting to rescue the ambassador and his daughter, a stereotypical geeky damsel in distress, Matilda Lawless.

Caught in the crossfire between explosive danger and wild desire, I'm in for the shock of my life.

I'm not looking for any man to save me. I'm pretty damn capable of taking care of myself, thank you very much. I have a successful career and was practically born and bred on a gun range, even if I can't bake a perfect biscuit to save my life like a good southern woman should.

But there's just something about that hardcore operative called Justice. He's haunted and lonely, and I know that pain inside and out. It doesn't hurt one little bit he's been blessed with more than his fair share of good looks, plus a body that would make any red-blooded woman drool.

Barricaded inside the embassy, under my father's shrewd eyes, I intend to have Justice no matter how many times he says he's not good enough. I see the way he watches me. With dirty, sexy, hungry lust.

Fighting is what Justice does. Now I need him to fight for me.

Warning: Graphic sex, graphic action, graphic language. Triple X caution.

There's something so sexy about a southern accent, and Ms. Warren's characters always make me think of hot nights down south having some decadent fun.

Justice and the T-Zone, his team of black ops, have been given the task of rescuing Ambassador Lawless and his daughter Matilda from a deadly situation in Yemen. The second Justice lays eyes on Tilly, he's a goner. He knows that this woman is going to break him, and he's not sure he minds! Stuck in a safe room with his team, the Ambassador and Tilly, with insurgents swarming all around the now war-zone Embassy is not exactly how he pictured finding a woman who makes his heart sing, but Tilly is something special. Fierce, sexy and with a southern drawl that makes him "stand up" and take notice, Justice will take on anything to make sure this woman...and her father...are safe. And he'll have to do that as the group encounters more than they've ever dealt with before...and again when daddy Lawless tells him to stay away from his little girl.

Ya know, if I were a betting woman, I'd place money on Ms. Warren being a dude in a former life. She somehow has this wildly funny insight into the male brain that simultaneously cracks me up and makes me drool! JUSTICE, the second book in the Bad Boys of X-Ops series, an offshoot of her awesome Carolina Bad Boys series, is absolutely AWESOME! I loved the hardcore fighting and fucking that Justice, Tilly and Co. endured, and other than a quick night's sleep, I couldn't put this thing down. Justice was a yummy delicious model-type with the body and mentality of a seasoned warrior, and Tilly was this wild little redhead not afraid to say what she wanted and do as she pleased. The repercussions of their attraction being found out by Tilly's daddy made me rub my hands in anticipatory glee. One of my favorite things about Ms. Warren is that she doesn't make it easy on the MC's. They have to go through some rough stuff before they get their HEA, but never fear, they always get it!!

Bottom Line: Another fabulous read by this incredibly talented author!
