Book 1 of The Billionaire Builders
Contemporary Romance

Hot on the heels of her beloved Marriage to a Billionaire novels, New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst nails it with the first in an all-new sexy romance series featuring red-hot contractor siblings who give the Property Brothers a run for their money!

Ever the responsible eldest brother, Caleb Pierce started working for his father's luxury contracting business at a young age, dreaming of one day sitting in the boss's chair. But his father's will throws a wrench in his plans by stipulating that Caleb share control of the family business with his two estranged brothers.

Things only get more complicated when demanding high-end home designer Morgan hires Caleb to build her a customized dream house that matches her specifications to a T—or she'll use her powerful connections to poison the Pierce brothers' reputation. Not one to ignore a challenge, Caleb vows to get the job done—if only he can stop getting distracted by his new client's perfect…amenities.

But there's more to icy Morgan than meets the eye. And Caleb's not the only one who knows how to use a stud-finder. In fact, Morgan is pretty sure she's found hers—and he looks quite enticing in a hard hat. As sparks fly between Morgan and Caleb despite his best intentions not to mix business and pleasure, will she finally warm up and help him lay the foundation for everlasting love?

How many of us have walked by a construction site and started drooling over a shirtless man with a big...hammer? Delicious!

The Pierce Brothers haven't spoken in years, but when their manipulative father's will dictates that the three of them work together for a year or dissolve the luxury home building empire that's been in their family for generations, they're forced to come together and fight for their legacy. Caleb Pierce has been working side-by-side with his dad for the last five years, but now he has to work next to Morgan Raines, a serious pain in the ass, high end home designer.

When she sabotages his other projects so he'll take hers, Cal is pissed. He's also turned right the hell on...what a woman! As the two work close together, they fall fast and hard for each other, but since they both know that Morgan's time in town is short and that she'll be onto the next job soon, is a relationship even worth pursuing?

EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY is the first book in the forthcoming Billionaire Builders series and is a fun, lighthearted read that was heavy on the sweet and lovely. Sometimes I just need something that's not super heavy or full of drama or crazy deep, and this book delivered. Cal and Morgan had excellent chemistry, it really jumped off the pages, as did the hot as hell sex! Even though Cal was a grumpy summabitch for a good portion of the beginning of the book, he redeemed himself with his adoration and yummy passion for Morgan.

Morgan was a take charge, balls to the wall kinda woman, and Cal really dug that about her. I also enjoyed the strangled relationship between Cal and his brothers, Tristan and Dalton. They were all such assholes to each other, but they rebuilt their relationship in such a real and heartfelt way that it was hard not to dig them. Though it's not groundbreaking or mindblowing, EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY was a solid, sweetly erotic read that fans of Ms. Probst will no doubt adore.

Bottom Line: EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY was a fun, sexy read that is perfect for lounging by the pool this summer. I can't wait for the next book in the Billionaire Builders series, ANY TIME AND ANY PLACE.
