Keiko Saito is having the worst day of her life — but it also happens to be the best. The same day she learns of her brother's death and her need to return to Japan, she discovers that the feelings she has harbored for two men for almost two years are returned.
Logan and Cooper Anderson have known that Keiko was their mate from the first moment they met. They hired her for their business and planned to steal her heart at the same time. Their idea to take it slow is shot to hell when she learns of her brother's death. They are together for one night, one perfect night when they allow their feelings for each other to dictate their actions. When they awake the next morning, their mate is gone.
Can Cooper and Logan find their mate in time to save her from the future she fears, or will they lose her before she can ever truly be theirs?

She has wanted them for years. Just when they make it clear they share her feelings, she is forced to leave them. They are not willing to lose their mate. They will fight anyone and anything to keep their mate.
Keiko has been sent from Japan to the United States by her family to keep her safe. She loves her job and loves her bosses too. She keeps those feelings hidden until the day they see her in pain and share their desire for her. With her brother's death, she is forced to return to save her family and face the danger they tried to keep her safe from. Keiko does not want this future but feels she has no choice.
Cooper and Logan are bear shifters. They knew the minute they met Keiko that she was the one for them. They just have not been sure how to approach her. When they see her in so much pain following the death of her brother, they can no longer deny their feelings. They have a perfect evening with her and then she disappears. Cooper and Logan won't let her go now that they found her and they set out to find and protect her.
I really enjoy menage romances. Even though this is a short book, the author does take the time to develop real feelings among the characters. Due to the short length, the author summarizes the years the reader does not get to witness. You get dropped right into the story when the men make their move after she gets the bad news about her family. It is a hot scene and does a great job of connecting the reader to the characters and the story.
Two of my favorite genres are paranormal and menage so I enjoy it when an author combines those themes in their story. I prefer menage romances that develop a real relationship among the characters and don't just focus on the sex scenes. The buildup is what makes the menage more exciting to me. This author is able to really show the connection among the characters and get the reader invested in their story in a very short time. The paranormal pieces of the story also flow well into the story and help to create an interesting storyline.
While I would have preferred a longer read that gave more opportunities to see the characters interact, I did enjoy the story and the characters. It is a fast-paced read that has plenty of action and heat.
