Let me count the ways why falling into forbidden love is not my wisest move…
1. She works with me every single day.
Did I mention she's gorgeous, sweet, kind and smart?
2. She works in my home.
Playing with my five-year-old daughter. Teaching my little girl. Cooking for my princess. Which means…
3. She's the nanny.
And that makes her completely off-limits…But it doesn't stop me from wanting her. All of her.

The other nannies in this city don't call him the Sexy One for nothing. My boss, the amazingly wonderful single father to the girl I take care of every day is ridiculously hot, like movie star levels with those arms, and those eyes, and that body. Not to mention, the way he dotes on his little girl melts me all over. But what really makes my knees weak are the times when his gaze lingers on me. In secret. When no one else is around.

I can't risk my job for a chance at something more…can I? But I don't know how to resist him much longer either…

New book boyfriend alert: back off bitches, Simon is all mine!

Abby Becker is in lust with the father of girl she nannies for, Simon Travers. The man is too sexy for his own good, and what woman with working ovaries can resist a doting single dad? Simon is just as enamored with the young woman who looks after his daughter, but he can't...shouldn't...go after her like he wants. Until a zebra documentary, French lessons and a stinky NYC cab form a perfect storm of need. Can the two of them reconcile their attraction with the realities of their lives?

Seriously, I'm so in love with this group of books by Ms. Blakely that I can't even tell you. THE SEXY ONE is a standalone novel, but features characters from Big Rock, Mister O and Well Hung (how freakin fabulous are these titles, btw). You could tell immediately that the chemistry between Abby and Simon was off the charts; they just seemed to click and you could just about see the starry looks in both of their eyes. Ms. Blakely has the unique ability to make me laugh and pant simultaneously (which is a super funny sound), and that is something that's woefully lacking in the sexy books these days.

Speaking of sexy…when they finally take the plunge, it's more sweetly sensual than headboard bangin', but it was delicious nonetheless. Ms. Blakely has a lot of books out there, and I've loved every single one I've picked up. I can not wait for more fabulous reads by this über talented author!

Bottom Line: No OW/OM or sharing; condom use; no BDSM; no kink; no sexual assault; no murder/violence.
