SUMMARY
A hot hook-up in a cold beer cooler changes everything…

When wealthy brewery owner Austin Fitzgerald meets sexy saleswoman Evelyn Benedict, angry sparks fly. They seem destined to clash, until a hot hook-up in a cold beer cooler changes everything.

For Austin, it's a life-altering moment that sets him on a path away from his birthright, while Evelyn must face her fears about committing to a man considered the playboy of the micro-brewing world.

The power of preconceived notions nearly tears them apart—until they meet up with brew master Ross, who opens their eyes to a deeper, even more erotic connection. But three strong personalities don't always make for the best emotional mix and when a simple misunderstanding causes chaos, it's up to Ross to repair the tattered shreds of their relationship.

Reader Advisory: This book contains scenes of explicit sex, including scenes of M/M intimacy.

Finding a new storyline is sometimes a challenge for readers like me who are always reading. However, author Liz Crowe has delivered an interesting look into a brewery, coupled with an intense dose of heat.

TAPPED is the first installment of the Brewing Passion series. Not only did I get a look inside the brewing process, but Evelyn's role in sales gave me some fascinating information about merchandising.

From the beginning, the fiery exchanges between Evelyn and Austin got my attention. It seemed inevitable that they'd have to find an outlet, but I didn't anticipate how incredibly hot it would be.

When an old friend from Austin's past returns, the opportunity for a ménage arises. The question is whether Austin and Evelyn have room for a third person.

I found this story to be incredibly entertaining, which is a characteristic common to this author. I'm excited about future installments.

5 ridiculously emotional and beer soaked stars for TAPPED!

Beer and wine saleswoman Evelyn Benedict has zero desire to hawk fancy Fitzgerald Brewing craft beer, especially when it means dealing with a trust-fund baby turned brewery owner Austin Fitzgerald. Thisclose to being engaged to another woman, Austin knows the second he lays eyes on Evelyn that he's not going to marry the woman his mother has been pushing on him, that Evelyn Benedict is his future. As their relationship grows stronger, Evelyn grows increasingly curious about the man Austin used to have wild threesomes with, and when she finally meets the famous Ross Hoffman in person, she's desperate for her fantasies to become reality. And they do, much to her enjoyment and eventual dismay. There's no way that the three of them can make a permanent go of things...someone's bound to get hurt, jealousy will fly and the fallout could be catastrophic...right?

If you've never read anything by Ms. Crowe, I have to say you're really missing out on an incredibly talented author. She hooked me with her Stewart Realty series and every book I've picked up since has the best combination of giving me the feels and making me squirm. TAPPED is no exception. Ms. Crowe never ever shies away from the tough stuff, from cheating to addiction to frighteningly realistic relationship problems. In TAPPED, the beginning of Evelyn and Austin's relationship made me cringe since Austin was about to be engaged to a longtime girlfriend. Granted, the impending engagement was due to his mother more so than his undying love, but still. Even so, I loved how they were drawn to one another like magnets, and how they were both drawn to Ross like magnets too. As their relationship evolved, they started to grow apart, and a lot of that had to do with Evelyn being an epic bitch most of the time.

When Ross joined in the mix, the brief bliss the three of them shared was incredibly hot, but I hated Evelyn for how she treated both men! I don't want to give anything away because everyone deserves the whole emotional kick in the face that only Ms. Crowe can provide. I'll just say that I was really bummed by the abrupt ending. I'm hoping that there's more from this trio in upcoming Brewing Passion books, because that was a totally unfulfilling ending!

Bottom Line: Lots of OM/OW and sharing (MFM, MFMFF...note to author, MMF action would be totally welcome if future books about the three are forthcoming!); occasional condom use; no BDSM/kink; no sexual assault; no violence/murder.
