Book 2 of Ad Agency Series
Action/Adventure Romance, Contemporary Romance, Erotic Romance, New Adult, Romantic Comedy

A rockstar romance meets Alice in Wonderland.
Effie's a gifted musician and a hot mess.
Elias is the frontman in a popular band and hates fame.
They both just want to be normal.
Except there's nothing normal about the way they meet.
And there's definitely nothing normal about the connection they share that weekend.
But he's leaving for his European tour.
And she still has to dig herself out of the hole.
If only they could forget that weekend and go on with their lives.
He could break all the rules, invite her to play on tour with him, and travel across Europe in a Barbie Disco Bus with a bunch of weirdoes.
Normal is boring.
Crazy is better.
Or is it?

Head-Tripped is the second book in the Ad Agency Series and can be read as a standalone, but many characters from the first book (Road-Tripped) appear in this book.

*Erotic sex, adult language, and drug use. Not for readers under 18 or people offended by this content.

5 Wonderlandish stars for HEAD-TRIPPED!!

Effie Murphy is a hot mess. A former addict, Effie is working on getting her shit together. She's got a prestigious spot as a violinist at Juilliard, but she battles her demons on a daily basis. When she meets her soulmate at a dinner with friends, she somehow feels free to let her freak flag fly with the gorgeous Latino man that makes her blood sing. Elias Lovaro, aka "El Love," is a true rock star, but he hates the life that comes along with doing what he loves. In a creative slump, when he meets the free-spirited, bra and shoeless crazy woman in a wig, he finally feels inspiration again. In fact, she's just what he and his band Urban need to revive their stalling career. This European tour is going to be interesting with Effie in tow!

In the first book, Ms. Archer gave me my favorite quote in life by Bob Ross, now, she tells me that Effie is loosely based on Alice from Alice in Wonderland, my favorite character in life. It's official, I have a girl crush on this author. I also have a girl crush on Effie. She's trying to find a port in the storm but just keeps drifting, never comfortable and never happy. The second she locks eyes on Elias, she basically became a slobbering idiot, but it's clear that he not only enjoys her wacky ways, but starts encouraging them. I can't tell you how much I loved them together! Their chemistry was through the roof, their relationship unique and fun and playful yet Ms. Archer didn't shy away from the tough issue of addiction. I was kind of bummed there wasn't more actual sex, but what was there was super sexy and delicious. I loved every single thing about this book and about this series as a whole!!

As an aside, if I didn't already adore Ms. Archer for our shared interests, a personal note at the end of the book made me do a 90's Arsenio Hall WOOT! WOOT! WOOT! arm waggle:

"And sadly, Neo Nazism is on the rise all over the world, including in the United States.

Readers of romance, please stand up against hatred and give everyone the love and respect they deserve."

Bottom Line: No OM/OW or sharing; condom use; no BDSM/kink; no sexual assault; mild violence (bar fight), no murder.
