It's just one night of kinky sex. What could possibly go wrong?
When the birthday present from her Master is one night of no holds barred kinky sex with his ex-army buddy, Carmel Blythe doesn't know what to think. A good subbie obeys her Master's wishes, however, and there is no denying the instant connection she has with this experienced Dom.
Topping Gideon's gorgeous wife is the least Nash Jonas can do to repay the debt he owes the man. After all, Gideon took the bullet aimed at Nash—the very one that cost the other man his army career and put him in a wheelchair. If only Nash could keep those pesky emotions out of the deal.
Gideon cannot stand to see the sadness in his wife's eyes, nor the restlessness in his best buddy's soul. Pushing the two people he loves together will surely satisfy everyone's physical and emotional needs.
Carmel's choice may well change everything…

When you're young and passionately in love with your spouse, you believe that nothing could possibly ever come between you two. Until disaster of the worst kind strikes and life as you know it will suddenly never be the same again and seemingly without even thinking about it, the decision is made. For better or worse. On two feet or in a wheelchair.
In CARMEL'S CHOICE, love most definitely has no boundaries, not even those constrained by the needs of a chair. But for both Gideon and Carmel, many of those dreams of "when we're ready" may never happen and instead of talking about it, they're stuffed away into a box labeled "too painful." That is until Gideon presents his wife with her birthday present. One night of no holds barred kinky sex with his ex-Army buddy and best friend. Suddenly, many of those things that were filed away in the "doesn't matter, won't miss it" box are available for the taking.
Loves: The relationship dynamic between Gideon and Carmel was wonderful; the crafted chemistry between Nash and Carmel was toe tingling; the emotions were palpable as everything that had been stuffed away was brought forth and discussions were finally had; the secondary characters were great helping to draw out those "boxed" items; the D/s dynamics gave me goosebumps; and the sex scenes were scintillating.
As someone who was married to a man in a wheelchair, I had a firm appreciation for the care taken in Gideon's POV but I did admit to scratching my head over how they were able to put the chair in her Ford Fiesta (that would have been fun to watch), and truth be told, at least for me, any sort of sexual activities while sitting on top of your partner in the chair isn't all that comfy and takes a bit of acrobatic work.
CARMEL'S CHOICE by Doris O'Connor is a Siren Publishing story, which means there's lots of steamy activities including a fantastic MMF ménage that keeps on giving.
