Erebus — Dark in every sense of the word, a skilled and lethal warrior, and sinfully sexy by design.
Since the dawn of modern man, Erebus was Hades' secret weapon in the war between the immortal realms. Until Hades lost the minor god in a bet to his older brother Zeus. For the last hundred years, Erebus has trained Zeus's Siren warriors in warfare and the sexual arts. But he's never stopped longing for freedom. For a life filled with choice. And lately, he also longs for one Siren who entranced him during their steamy seduction sessions. A nymph he quickly became obsessed with and who was ripped from his grasp when her seduction training was complete. One he's just learned Zeus has marked for death because she failed the last Siren test.
Before Erebus can intercede on the nymph's behalf, she escapes Olympus and flees into the human realm. In a fit of rage, Zeus commands Erebus to hunt her down and kill her. Erebus sees his opportunity to finally go after what he wants, but he's torn. Freedom means nothing if the Siren at the center of his fantasies doesn't truly crave him back. Because defying the gods will unleash the fury of Olympus, and if he chooses her over his duty, whether she joins him in exile or not, the hunter will become the hunted.

4 Olympus sized stars for HUNTED!
Erebus, the God of Darkness, is on a mission from Zeus to find and return trainee #429745. As a Siren trainer, Erebus is well versed in the machinations of dangerous women, but he's caught off guard when he realizes the woman he's hunting is Seraphine, the one trainee who made him wish for more 18 months ago. Sera has run away from Olympus to prevent Zeus from destroying an entire civilization. But she's not entirely convinced that Erebus won't try to turn her over to Zeus, despite their reconnection and clear connection. Can the two learn to trust in each other before it's too late for both of them?
HUNTED is a novella in the Eternal Guardians series, and also a stand-alone addition to the innovative and fun 1001 Dark Nights series featuring sensual and erotic stories by a variety of popular authors inspired by the classic The Arabian Nights tale.
I absolutely adore Greek mythology, so HUNTED was right up my ally! I wasn't familiar with the story of Erebus, but it didn't matter since the book stood solid on its own imaginative merits. The cast of characters were so much fun to be introduced to, but Sera stole the show for me. At first, she was just a woman trained to be a seductress, but now she's this fierce warrior who somehow turns Erebus on even more than she used to. Their chemistry was sinfully erotic, and while I don't usually enjoy otherworldly realms, I loved every second of this book. I want more in the Eternal Guardians series!
Bottom Line: No OM/OW or sharing; no condom use (since they're immortal and all); no BDSM/kink; no sexual assault; no violence/murder.
