Book 3 of Hot In The City
Contemporary Romance, Multi-cultural/Multi-racial Romance

Firefighter Will MacGregor is tired of being branded not-boyfriend material. It seems he's been on the to-do-once list of every woman in Boston. So when a gorgeous blonde bumps into him at the bar, Will's pretty sure he knows what comes next. Still, their instant connection tells him she could be the one.

Elizabeth Owen has played it safe for the past decade: raising her younger sister and working as an ER nurse. But with her thirtieth birthday looming and little sis off to college, she's ready to let her freak flag fly. That hot guy drinking beer with the wicked grin looks like all kinds of fun. No commitment; no getting hurt.

Though Elizabeth rejects Will's invitation of a date, it turns out she's not averse to some racy sexting and wild making out. But as their brief encounters become progressively steamier, she starts to like what lies beneath Will's gorgeous surface…a lot. And Will is more convinced than ever they're meant to be together—for real.

3 big, buff firefighting stars for TEASE ME TONIGHT!

Will MacGregor is tired of being treated like a piece of hunky man meat. He's sick of the rotating string of women in his bed, and when he meets Elizabeth Owen, he has a feeling she's what he's been waiting for. Elizabeth lost her parents at an early age, giving up her youth to raise her younger sister. Now that her sister is off to college, Elizabeth knows that it's her chance to live the exciting life that had been abruptly stifled. Except, she's not exactly made that way. As much as she just wants to get laid and have a good time, especially with the sexy fireman, she winds up liking him a hell of a lot more than she ever dreamed. Will's a laid-back guy, and doesn't exactly know how to work for what he wants. Can the two of them figure out their future before passing up the best thing that could have ever happened to either of them?

While I'm in love with this overall series, TEASE ME TONIGHT left me a little cold. First, I didn't like the way Elizabeth treated Will. She treated him like a piece of meat, and even though he is used to that, he was really looking for something more substantial. That said, Will didn't exactly scream from the rooftops about how taken advantage of he felt, or how she treated him like a piece of meat, and even though he is used to that, he was really looking for something more. He'd never had to work hard for what he wanted, things just fell into his lap and he accepted them for what they were. The thing that drove me crazy were the editing errors. I think this was a good story overall, but the errors that were left unchecked drove me nuts. Other than the editing snafus, I don't know what it was about the story that didn't appeal to me as much as the other ones in this series, but I won't let my annoyance frustration of this book deter me from digging into future books in the series for sure.

Bottom Line: No OM/OW or sharing; condom use; no BDSM/kink; no sexual assault; no violence/murder.
