They called her Lady Perfect...

Penelope Cavanaugh, widow of the sixth Marquess of Huntley, is regarded by London society as the perfect wife and mother. With her upcoming wedding to the fabulously wealthy, but oh-so proper Duke of Kirwood, she'll soon be the perfect duchess. But the accidental discovery of an old book offering lessons about the pleasures to be had in the bedchamber sparks Penelope's desire to experience true passion before settling down into marriage again. Who can Lady Perfect trust to be her tutor?

A rake without redemption...

Reviled for gambling away his family's fortune, Viscount Weymouth is just days away from debtor's prison when he receives a mysterious summons and a most improper offer. In exchange for teaching her lessons in sensual pleasure, Penelope will give Weymouth the money he needs to reclaim his heritage. But will twenty-one nights really be enough to satisfy their need for each other?

When a proper widowed lady finds a scandalous sex book among her dead husband's belongings, it sparks a yearning to explore.

Author Ariel Atwell has delivered a phenomenally entertaining story in TWENTY-ONE NIGHTS. Lady Penelope Cavanaugh is everything that is expected of a refined English lady. She has six daughters, yet it's clear that she has missed out in the realm of pleasure. Set to wed for the second time, Lady Penelope searches for excitement before her nuptials.

Viscount Weymouth is up to his eyeballs in debt. When he receives an unusual request offering him a large sum of money, he's faced with an important decision. All he has to do is replicate the 21 lessons of Aphrodite from that scandalous book...with a great paragon of virtue.

What ensues is a side-splitting story full of witty repartee as Penelope gets a front-row seat in Passion 101. The characters are incredibly well-developed, with both of the main characters having a solid amount of depth. I was pleased to find a perfect mix of storyline to integrate the explosive chemistry.

This is definitely one of the most entertaining Regency stories I have read. I am looking forward to future titles from this author.
