A sweet, fun, and sexy stand-alone romance from New York Times bestselling author Aleatha Romig.
One night to remember.

Is that too much to desire?

One night for fun, passion, and a chance to remember what it's like to be woman.
I'm not looking for love.
There's a man in my life who loves me with all his heart. He has beautiful blue eyes, is three foot tall, and calls me mommy.
He's my whole world and I'm his. Fate took away his daddy.
What would happen if I allowed fate another chance, one night?

One night to help a friend.

Why did I agree to this?
Blind dates are disasters. If I weren't helping the friend of a friend, I wouldn't go.
I'm not looking for romance, love or even a one night stand.
After all, the man my friend knew is gone. I'm no longer the hockey star known for his "pep" on the ice and in the sack. I have a new life, and a new career—a new passion. I'm not looking for more.
When the blind date is a bust, could fate change everything?

A night doesn't end with a kiss. It begins with one.

Be ready to laugh, cry, and fall head over heels as you let Leatha, the lighter side of Aleatha, take you away with this sweet, sexy, new, stand-alone romance, ONE NIGHT, the perfect reading to keep you warm…hot…steamy…on a cool night.

4 anonymous hook up stars for ONE NIGHT.

Amanda Wells is going through the motions of her life after her husband's death. Work, check. Parenting, check. Dating? Not so much. When her friend sets her up on a blind date, Amanda's skeptical. After all, she hasn't dated anyone except her husband, and he died 5 years ago. But something happens when she meets Malcolm Peppernick…she feels like a desirable woman again, despite the fact that her blind date, and her friends, stood her up. One night of sexcapades with the hot stranger just doesn't seem to be enough though, and despite Mandy's hesitance, she seems to be back in his orbit again and again. Malcolm knows Mandy is different the minute he meets her, and he most definitely wants more than just one night. Can he convince her to take a chance on them?

So, I went back and forth about ONE NIGHT. I enjoyed the writing (though certainly pretty cheesy at parts), and the characters, but seriously, how could the two MC's be totally oblivious to the other's identity!? It just rang false, and before you throw the middle finger and scream "IT'S FICTION, BITCH," I'll have you know I'm well aware of that.

ANYWAY, other than that eye rolling situation (and the fact that Mandy kept Malcolm from meeting her son for more than 3 months!), I did enjoy ONE NIGHT quite a bit. The chemistry between Mandy and Malcolm was excellent, and I loved Mandy's dirty sailor mouth while they were gettin' it on! Malcolm was so sweet yet sinfully sexy, the perfect combo of delicious man candy! I've never read anything by Ms. Romig before, but I think I'll check out her other standalone Lighter Ones novel, Plus One.

Bottom Line: No OM/OW or sharing; mixed condom use; no BDSM/kink; no sexual assault; no violence/murder.
