4 fun and sexy stars for the #ThreeLittleLies series!

THINGS LIARS SAY
Rating: 5

Greyson Keller did not set out to lie to her friends, but when they won't stop badgering her about having a date to her sorority's Gala, she panics and invents a boyfriend. Making up a faux Twitter account and mushy tweets draws the eye of the REAL Cal Thompson, who can't believe some dude named Grey is claiming to be his boyfriend! Intent on confronting the asshole, Cal storms to Grey's house only to find out that he's a she, and she is gorgeous! After telling Cal the truth, the two form an unlikely pen pal type friendship, which morphs into something MORE. Cal's not the pretty fraternity boy type, he's a brutish rugby player with scars and a nose that's been broken one too many times and he can't quite fathom that someone as hot and classy as Grey is into him. But hell if he won't take it and run with it!

I do not like NA/YA books as a rule, however THINGS LIARS SAY was so fun and flirty and different that I couldn't help but fall in love with Grey and Cal! Most of the story takes place through tweets, texts and emails, which gives a really interesting look at the development of a relationship. The two had wicked chemistry, and I loved that every time they met up they couldn't keep their hands off each other! There was only one (seriously delicious and aww-inducing) sex scene in THINGS LIARS SAY, but the humor, heat and fun of this novella kept me engaged and wanting more!

THINGS LIARS HIDE
Rating: 4

Tabitha Thompson is disgustedly happy for her brother Cal's sickly sweet relationship with Grey, and if she's honest with herself, just a wee bit jealous.

A case of mistaken identity has her embarrassing herself in front of Grey's brother, Collin Keller, the hottest guy she's ever seen. He's the perfect inspiration for the next hero in the smutty romance novels she writes…on the down low. But he's also a grade-A asshole, and she knows he knows her secret…that she's a published romance author! But it's weird… the more that Collin forces her to meet him, the more she likes him, until the two of them can't stay away from one another! When will Tabitha embrace her burgeoning career and stop hiding her true self?

I am loving this #ThreeLittleLies series! Book 2, THINGS LIARS HIDE was super cute and sexy, and while it wasn't as unique as book 1, nevertheless I really enjoyed it. Collin and Tabitha had mad chemistry, and her internal push and pull of desire versus annoyance made me smile. Colin was sooo romantic, and the date scene with the roses? Fuggetaboudit. There was only one big sex scene, and it was hot hot hot but left me wanting more more more!

THINGS LIARS FAKE
Rating: 4

Daphne Winthrop has never in lust with a dork, but Dexter Ryan has something about him that intrigues her. Maybe it's the way he nervously pushes up his glasses…or maybe it's her suspender fetish that gets her going. After a run in at the movies has them watching together, Dexter's aunt spies them and tells his whole family about his new GIRLfriend, he's in somewhat of a pickle. Admit to his mom that Daphne isn't really his woman or convince her to play along…is there even a choice? As adorkable as Dexter is, he's absolutely clueless when it comes to women, so Daphne will have to make sure she's giving him nothing to be confused about.

THINGS LIARS FAKE is the 3rd novella in the #ThreeLittleLies series, and as big of a goofy nerd that Dexter is, I absolutely adored him! I wish Daphne would've been more overt in her pursuit instead of letting her shy side show, but the two of them dancing around each other made me smile. They were both so dorky and cute that I couldn't help but fall for them both. And the sex scene at their friends' house? Epic. This is my first series by Ms. Ney, but it won't be my last! How To Date A Douchebag series is calling my name too! I'm super excited to read more of this author!

Bottom Line: No OM/OW or sharing; mixed condom use; no BDSM/kink; no sexual assault; no violence/murder.
