SUMMARY
Looks can be deceiving…

Emmy-winning journalist Alexandra Reed returns to the DC area with two goals in mind—care for her ailing mom and steer clear of devastatingly handsome Crockett Wilde. But the man who stole her heart, then broke it, is impossible to avoid. As her life spins out of control, she finds pleasure in her secret escape—a sex-play club. And that's where things really heat up…

Tech CEO Crockett Wilde is at the top of his game, but beneath his calm surface lies a raging volcano. When he finds the monster who abducted his sister, he'll unleash a decade of pain. The one person who can subdue his demons—beautiful, headstrong Alexandra—wants nothing to do with him. Yet, he's determined to set the record straight and not let the love of his life get away.

As Alexandra follows a trail of suspicious incidents at the kink club, Crockett seizes the opportunity to prove he's not the bad guy she believes him to be. Together they unmask an underworld of evil. But their lives change in unimaginable ways the moment she goes missing.

I'm usually very choosy nowadays with new authors. Having a busy blog means less time to choose someone new, but I have to say, Stoni Alexander is one of the best new-to-me authors I've had the privilege of reviewing in quite some time!

THE WILDE TOUCH is a great second chance romance with some incredibly hot sex (Loved the role play scenes, especially the interrogation room. Does anyone have a fan?). Lots of intrigue going down, and some pretty serious plot twists at the end. It's like a rollercoaster ride once things get going.

Alexandra Reed is a reporter who comes back to her hometown when she gets news that her mother is ill. Her boss gets her an interim job, but her new boss is a total jerk. Alex needs to unwind, so she takes advantage of her membership at a private sex club that is a sister club to her home club. As Electra, she is masked and wigged, and meets the handsome and alpha Hunter.

Alex's old boyfriend Crockett Wilde is her brother's best friend. When he finds out she is back in town, he'll do anything to get a second chance to get her back. Lots of interesting twists and turns go down here including corporate espionage, Crockett's hunt for his missing sister, and strange things afoot at the sex club. Trust me when I tell you that this is one book that you do not want to miss! I for one hope this series keeps going on and on!

Stoni Alexander has done it again with another fabulous book that kept me turning page after page. I loved these characters as well as all the secondary characters, some old and some new. The chemistry between these two characters is off the charts HOT.

Stoni gives you a story that will have you so engrossed that time will fly by and you won't even know it. Full of twists that you won't see coming and questions that you will NEED answers to. It's been a few days since I finished this read and I'm still reeling from it. Stoni Alexander is a must read author for me!

Crockett let Alexandra go once 10 years ago, now that she's back he will not be doing it again. But first, he needs to get her to be in the same room as him. Alexandra left 10 years ago and although she has been back home in that time she has avoided Crockett at all costs. He broke her heart all those years ago. But will she be able to stay away from him when he makes it his mission to see her as much as possible?

I once again cannot wait to see what she brings to the table next.
