I knew something was wrong the second she walked in the door tonight; I just couldn't put my finger on what it was.

Same hair color.
Same legs.
Same face.

Except…I look harder.
At the small dimple beneath her lip that wasn't there the last time we went out. And her laugh—that laugh isn't as loud.

This isn't the girl I've gone out with the past few weeks.
It's her twin sister, and they've switched places on me.

Only I'm not quite ready to let them switch back.

SWITCH HITTER is the prequel to the series Jock Hard. I love reading about Lucy and Amelia, the way these two sisters, though being twins and looking alike, are so different from one another. Twin switching is fun to read about any day.

Lucy is a hoot; she's easy to hate, yet she loves her sister and would do anything for her. It was fun watching Dash try to figure out the two women, and yet with them having so different personalities, why is it only Dash who could figure them out? You just have to talk to them to know that these two women couldn't be one! Unless everyone else is so shallow in that world…or I guess they don't bother to talk since Lucy's always only out for a good time.

Oh, and I talk so much about Lucy but she's not the main character here. Her twin sister Amelia is.

For a novella and series intro, I guess it'd do. However, I've heard so much good things about this author, which is why I decided to try this book, and I have to admit to being disappointed. Overall rating 3.5 stars.
