She says she needs some help ... in the bedroom.

Come again? No, really come again.

Sweet, nerdy, lovable Keaton.

She's my best friend and has been for years. Sure she likes numbers and math, and thinks doing other people's taxes is fun. And I like ... none of that stuff. She's obsessed with her cat and reads novels I'll never understand, and yet we just click. There's no one I'd rather share breakfast burritos with or binge watch hours of Netflix. She's my person. And so when she takes off her glasses and asks me to help her improve her skills in the bedroom, I barely have to think about it.

Of course I'll help her. There's no one better for the job.

I've been there for her through everything, why should this be any different?

But what happens when she's ready to take her new-found confidence and move on?

After Keaton Henley sucks, badly and literally, at a bachelorette party, it's time to drunkly re-evaluate her life. Asking her BFF Slate Cruz to help her be a better lover is the greatest ideaůuntil she's sober and realizes what she's done. But regrets? Hell no, especially when Slate agrees to tutor her in Sexcapades 101! Slate is well known as a player who hasn't had a serious relationship since college, so both of them enter this FWB sitch with eyes wide open. Neither of them could have anticipated their fun exploration taking a turn toward love!

How adorable were Keaton and Slate?!? Their friendship was an amazing foundation for some seriously sheer-scorching chemistry! I'm always a sucker for the friends-to-lovers trope, and LOVE MACHINE nailed it, just like Ms. Ryan nails everything she puts out! She has a way of writing such funny, sexy and sweet stories that keep me enthralled and wishing for just a few more pages, a few more chapters, a few more sequels featuring her well written characters. Keaton was sweet and na´ve, the perfect counterpart to Slate's experienced character. Together, they made an excellent couple, one that I'd love to read more about!

Bottom Line: No OM/OW or sharing; condom use; no BDSM/kink; no sexual assault; no violence/murder.
