[Erotic Cowboy Ménage a Trois Romance, M/F/M, bondage, sex toys]

A traumatic experience causes twenty-five-year-old Sadie Myers to lose her memory. All that connects her to the past is an old photograph of herself standing outside a cattle ranch in Texas. Frightened and confused, but needing answers, she heads straight for the ranch.

When cowboy brothers Matt and Joe Connors discover Sadie hiding in their barn, their first thought is to help and protect her. However, Sadie is a temptress. This beautiful woman bewitches and beguiles them, and they are unable to resist her feminine charms and latent sexuality.

Sadie needs these two hunky cowboys like the air that she breathes. She feels sure they will protect her from the unknown threat that has caused her memory loss.

Will Sadie be able to face her past when her memory returns? Or will her traumatic earlier life prove too powerful for her and her cowboy lovers to overcome?

SADIE'S TEXAS COWBOY SAVIORS has two things that any good ménage needs… two deliciously alpha males. After that, it doesn't measure up. The storyline flounders, wasting opportunities to create a suspenseful read. Readers know from the very beginning that something horrible happened to Sadie – the book opens with her being wrapped in a rug and drenched in gasoline – but the drama surrounding the mystery falls flat.

Awakening with no memory of her life, Sadie relies on a picture of herself as a little girl on a cattle ranch to figure out her own identity. Frightened and confused, she travels to the ranch hoping for answers to her past. Matt and Joe find her hiding in their barn after she's broken into their home and stolen money. But rather than report her to the police, the men choose to take her in. While Matt has an immediate need to protect her, Joe is a bit slower in falling for Sadie. They research Sadie's past but the answers are slow to come. This reader found herself rolling my eyes through awkward dialogue as the threesome form a relationship in just a week. The development of the relationship to the level it is described is unlikely, but add in the condition in which Sadie is in and it just seems terribly unrealistic.

Sadie is described as a temptress – beautiful, sexual – and the men can't resist her feminine charms. To this reader, she just seemed sexually needy and latches onto these cowboys because they help her feel protected in her vulnerable state. Matt is gentle and passionate while Joe adds a sweet roughness to his loving, and Sadie can't get enough. Sadie is sure they'll protect her from whatever she discovers about her past but seems all too complacent to live in the present and create new memories with Matt and Joe.

I guess a good ménage takes more than two sexy heroes because this book just didn't work for me.
