The new moon creeps closer, bringing with it the threat of deadly fires. Their army is growing, more are joining their ranks, and Fiero struggles to hold on to some semblance of his former self.
Echo's becoming more confident in his powers, working harder each day to perfect his abilities. He knows if he can get Fiero to trust him—and if he can push past his fears and offer the same in return—they stand a better chance at success.
Giving up control is not easy for Fiero, but he would do anything to protect Echo. Hades inferno doesn't concern him nearly as much as the fire that burns inside him for his mate, overwhelming and consuming his every thought. The answer is staring him right in the face, but will he have the courage to reach out and seize it?

Burn baby, burn. In book 3 of the Fatefully Yours series, we get better acquainted with Fiero in all his spikey-haired hotness. The new moon is coming and Hades is sending the Hell fire, if they want to survive the next test in the Oracle's prophesy and not get burned, Echo will have to help Fiero learn to trust.
Of all the mates, Fiero is the most reserved. But even he can't deny his curiosity as to why Eyce's eyes have turned a new color. What does he mean he got the first? Fiero knows he got the first kiss from Echo so it can't be because of that. When Fiero does finally figure out why the change in eye color occurred, he doesn't think it will ever come into play for him. Fiero has certain urges that he knows Echo will never be comfortable with because of his past. And besides, "fire falling from the sky" should be what he is focusing on, right?
Echo can't seem to understand why his men are so reluctant to admit their feelings. He knows they all care for each other but getting them to say those three little words is like pulling teeth. But he has other things to worry about right now, like trying to make his men understand why he made a deal with Ares.
It all comes down to trust. Echo knows he can trust Fiero with his heart but can he let go enough to trust him with his body? Can Fiero trust in Echo enough to give him control of not just his power but his heart?
I am really enjoying this series. It's a very unique look at love and relationships. Echo may be the smallest of the men but his power makes him an equal and convincing his mates of this leads to some really funny and hot moments in this book. Ms. Evans is very good at giving all of the players page time while still keeping the main focus on the man that is being tested. This is very much a love can conquer all, if you can let go and accept it. We have more secondary characters added to this story that helps keep the overall storyline moving forward.
If you like books with a lot of sex and some suspenseful "for the greater good" story lines, then you really can't go wrong with this series.
