SUMMARY
Tori is dealt a terrible blow when she is given to a couple of pirates as insurance on a ship. But finding herself lifted up into an airship is only the first of many surprises. The second? Malcolm and Sean attacked her ship in order to get their hands on her.

Malcolm and Sean both realize they need a woman in their relationship. Tori seems to be the perfect solution. But can she see past their physical differences to the men beneath and accept them as they are?

But Tori is more then she appears. She's been passing secrets to the old-world rebels for years. When she is seen leaking information to the new-world military, will her men believe she wasn't trying to betray them?

Can each of them see past their personal expectations and accept a relationship steam-built for three?

Swashbuckling pirates and a damsel in distress, what more can a gal ask for in an adventure story? How about a hot ménage a trois between the two sexy males and the feisty female? This erotic tale mixes elements of steampunk to aid the steamy storyline. I thoroughly enjoyed this story from Ms. Davies.

Ms. Davies is a new author to me and I like her writing style. Her writing voice immediately pulled me in from the first few paragraphs. We dive into the story with Tori held hostage by pirates while her husband, Trenton, smugly chooses his boat over her life. He is the scum of the earth. His request for the pirates to kill her quickly so he can get back to Tori's sister for physical comfort shows us Trenton's true colours. Tori immediately switches from a damsel in distress to a Lady bent on vengeance after she recovers from her shock and hurt. I root for her all the way.

Tori is now at the mercy of Pirate Captain Malcolm. Little does she know, her life is not to be ended, but actually start with an old flame. Once Tori is reunited with Sean, the story continues to move at a steady pace. I liked how Tori never once backed down. She was always thinking and she did her best to defend herself and seek a way to complete her mission. Tori's mission is to deliver important information to the Rebels for her sister.

The sexual dynamics between Sean, Mal and Tori are hot and steamy. The sex scenes where it is just Sean and Mal together are equally sexy and sizzling. I like how the ménage is truly one where the men have a relationship with each other too. This is a true triad.

The world Ms. Davies creates is a bit sketchy. There is an Old versus New World and I'm neither sure how the players align nor the issues between the two opposing forces. We do know Tori is a Rebel sympathizer. It would have helped if Ms. Davies explained a bit more about the opposing forces and the different allegiances. The steampunk elements were loosely woven into the storyline. I would categorize this more as a steampunk light story. I am hoping there will be a follow up book with Tori's sister as the main focus.

In a follow up book, I hope to see more integrated pieces of Steampunk. I would like to see a world where Steampunk is the main technology. Perhaps the Old and New World are fighting over this technology. Yes, there was an airship that also worked in the Sea. Yes there was a man with a mechanical arm. There were a couple of other little trinkets. I'd prefer a complete civilization where steampunk elements are more fully integrated. Still, as a first book with steampunk elements, it is a decent start.

I recommend this book to those who enjoy both ménage and m/m relations. I highly recommend this book to people who enjoy an erotic adventure with a happily ever after.
