The Answer Is Yes

Once Wade has Gracie alone, he isn't shy about letting her know what he wants. His fantasies involve erotic toys and a very willing partner-and that's just for starters. Gracie doesn't know what she wants, but Wade is hot and restless-and surrendering to his desires may be exactly what she needs . . .

Now this is the way to guard a body.

PI Wade Harrison has been pining for his friend's new secretary for months, but Gracie Baron doesn't have time to indulge her libido or heart these days. She is busy working two jobs, making ends meet for her no-good drunken father as well as herself.

Too busy and overwhelmed with her life, she's dismissed letters from an admirer. Yet, recently they have become more possessive, commanding and dangerous. When she fails to quit her job at the massage therapy office, her stalker/admirer decides to teach her a lesson.

It's a wake-up call for everyone. Gracie realizes her admirer is really a stalker, something that doesn't sit well with Wade. He has mentally claimed her as his own, and no one is going to be coming near what's his.

Wade Harrison is a PI. That is supposed to stand for Private Investigator, right? I'm thinking Wade missed the memo. For him, it must have translated as Pleasure Inducer. The man is a machine and lucky Gracie is the oil for his engine. He is so totally focused on her and finally having her in his arms, he does tend to forget that there is a mystery to be solved, besides a body to be guarded.

SO SENSTIVE is an erotic romance first and foremost. Yes, there is a mystery that drives the suspense, but the romantic and erotic plot definitely accounts for 60% of the ink in this one. Wade is all alpha outside and inside the bedroom. But it's Gracie's inner cat that made me grin. Just wait until she lets Wade in on a private little secret or two. She's bold. She's brassy. She's ‘bound' to get her groove on…. finally!

The two of them manage to go from flirting to dreams of forever in a couple of short days. It didn't dawn on me as I read it. Only after I'd closed the book and reflected on it. That normally doesn't sit too well with me, but this time I really didn't notice the whirlwind change in status too much, maybe because they had really been courting each other every day for months. Heck. They don't even get a date in before they get in the bed, thanks to the stalker Gracie has to hide from.

For me, the stalker plot was really just a catalyst for the two to move from flirting to fornication. It never put me on the edge of my seat, and the solution was just an ‘OK' for me.
Which is why I reminded everyone that this is an erotic romance. That was the gold in the story. Wade's domination and Gracie's surrender curled my toes. This is one kinky couple, folks. Expect bondage, anal sex, and spanking.

Gracie and Wade can't keep their hands off each other, and I couldn't keep my hands off this book. Now I am eagerly awaiting Deanna and Jonas's book, PLEASURE BOUND, due out this fall.

This one should be perfect for most fans of erotic romance. A great voice, nice pace, and most of all, two characters that kept me turning the page. If your summer isn't hot enough, check this one out. Enjoy!
