SUMMARY
A casualty of funding wars and an overzealous Defense Department trying to clean up its reputation after several failed experimental programs, the Psychic Warfare Program (PWP) is scrapped in its infancy. Its participants are transferred to other defense agencies, but a few decide to leave the government behind, knowing full well their freedom hinges on keeping a low profile and living under the radar.

Chloe King has worked for the government ever since she left college. First as a cop, then as an agent, she's been putting away the bad guys for more than ten years. A clairaudient who's always been able to escape trouble at the last minute, she's now part of a group of people who understand what it means to be different, but now she's with a private organization, without the government's protection. She should be working less dangerous cases, trying to retrieve paranormal objects gone missing. Yet her luck has taken a turn for the worse.

She's just getting over being nearly murdered by a serial killer when a stalker nearly brings her down. The voices she's heard more than half her life have disappeared, and she's afraid her life is coming to an end. If she can't hear those voices again, she'll die. She can feel it. But she never counted on the voices being real. Or belonging to two strong, sexy men resolved to keep her for themselves.
Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable:anal sex, menage (m/f/m with no m/m sexual contact), voyeurism.

What would you do when the one thing you could count on disappears? When you were alone or frightened, the reassuring voice in your head would help you get through anything. Chloe's safeguards are now gone. Is she even psychic anymore if she can't hear voices? What happen to the voices that warned her of danger and kept her safe? How can she contribute to solve unexplainable cases if she has no psychic powers?

Left adrift, Chloe King tries to hide her missing psychic power from her boss. She doesn't know if the end of her powers will cause her to lose her job with Jack. A brush with death reveals to Chloe she's been too dependent upon her helpful voice. Frightened, she takes a hiatus to the middle of nowhere. Too bad the cabin she was going to lay low in is already occupied – by two handsome men.

Josh and Xavier are twins who are recovering from their recent blotched mission. The last thing they expected was a cute female breaking into their sanctuary. Upon first contact, they realize something special about Chloe.

In this third installment of the PowerUp! Series, Ms. Harte bring us the tasty ménage we lust after. The fact that the two men are twins does not make the ménage any less hot. In fact, I'd say it adds to the heat just a little bit more. What woman wouldn't want to be in between a hot set of twins?

This story was more than just Ms. Harte's trademark hot sexy scenes. She does a lovely job tying all the threads together into a cohesive picture of Chloe, Jack and Xavier's life. Each time they have interacted before they met in person added depth to the characters. I liked all three characters and danced in delight when they finally came together.

We also learned more about Jack's connection and other psychic groups. I'm eager to read the next book in this series. I'm hoping it will include Jack and Xavier's family. I recommend this book to ménage lovers who thrive on connections at a physical, emotional and psychic level.
