Erotic Romance, Fantasy Romance
Gabrielle Foster never thought she would fall in love with a mythological character. After reading the pages of a mysterious journal, she finds herself enamored, yet sympathetic, toward Eros, the Greek god of love. The journal paints him as a tragic and lonely god with a selfless heart that aches for companionship. But the author is a clinically insane woman, so Eros couldn't really exist in the modern world...could he?
While working the night shift at a local diner in downtown Boston, a secret admirer of ethereal beauty reveals his true identity, and Gabrielle discovers her love is not unrequited.

EROS, MY LOVE is a very short story about a woman, Gabrielle, who fell in love with Eros, who happened to be on Earth for a limited period of time.
The author did a great take on the myth, and the descriptions of the setting was vivid and detailed that one could almost shiver from the cold or taste the snow on one's skin. The story, while short, flowed easily and it was easy to be swept away into the author's world where a waitress fell in love with the most unlikely of men. The erotic moments between the two was also hot and intense.
However, I do think the story would've benefited from a longer length, as it involved somewhat of a paranormal aspect, it wasn't so easy to suspend disbelief that a woman would've fallen so easily for a figure out of myth. Or accept his actual presence in her reality. More character development and romantic progression between the two main characters would've made this story more believable.
But as an escape into fantasy, EROS, MY LOVE is worth a read.
