BDSM, Erotic Romance

Vicki Simpson's life is crumbling around her, so why not escape to Aruba for a little soul searching? Armed with a personal "Mission Statement" to fill up her life with great sex, she hopes to turn her life in a new direction. She never expected to fall for a man like Michael, a man who pushes her buttons as much as he pushes her limits.

Michael Collins has everything under control, especially the women he chooses to dominate at Club Marquis. But relationships start and end at the club door, which is precisely how he wants it...until he meets Vicki. Drawn by Vicki's vulnerability, he can't stay away. Her body responds passionately, but she keeps her heart and mind closed to him. If she can't embrace the submissive he senses inside her, though, his need to control her will eventually drive them apart.

Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual situations, graphic language, and material that some readers may find objectionable: BDSM theme and elements.

Please be aware that our BDSM titles may include scenes of bondage, spanking, and other elements practiced within a BDSM lifestyle.

Hot and sexy!

Victoria Simpson's world has just imploded. Her company has just picked up and moved out of state, leaving her the daunting task of breaking the news to the staff. To make matters worse, her marriage, which had been hanging by a thread, has come to an abrupt end. In fact, her husband, son, and daughter have defected to the "other woman's" home, leaving Victoria in a cold, empty house.

Deciding to pull herself out of the doldrums of her miserable existence, Vicki heads to Aruba for some R & R. It is there that she develops her "mission statement" to set the pace for the rest of her life. However, after a week in paradise, Vicki doesn't find the solace she so desperately needs. She is just about to pack it in, when Michael Collins catches her eye.

Michael is seeking some down time from his job as a detective in Syracuse. He'd scoped Vicki out upon arriving in Aruba. Though they haven't spoken, something about Vicki set his senses ablaze. Being a Dominant, he can recognize Vicki's submissive nature, even though she's totally oblivious to it. However, she's strangely drawn to him, finding his "bossy" nature a bit irritating, but not enough to make her walk away. One steamy afternoon with Michael leaves her aching to tap into a sexual awareness she had always ignored. Vicki bolts away from Michael and the feelings she cannot explain, but she cannot forget him. When their paths cross unexpectedly, Michael is determined to open her eyes to his world and claim her for his own.

This book was definitely on the lighter side of BDSM. While the sex in this story had a sizzle factor of 10+++, this book had a lot of heart. We are brought along on this emotional journey of a woman who has lost everything, including her identity. Both Michael and Vicki were searching for that one thing that could make them feel again.

I loved the spark between these two. Michael pushed her boundaries, and she gave him purpose. Their chemistry had a complete WOW factor. Love found in the midst of finding themselves -- what an awesome story. Read this book. You will not be disappointed.
