BDSM, Erotic Romance

Dana has always loved Clay, her brother's best friend. She'd grown up with him always around, and when she left to pursue a modeling career in New York and to go to college, leaving him behind was difficult.

Coming home for vacations and holidays through the years, she began to realize the brotherly feelings were gone, replaced with lust and need. On one storm-riddled night, she'd nearly seduced him.

With time, she began to learn what got her excited and realized she'd become an unconventional woman in most men's eyes. Coming home for good, Dana finally let Clay know her secret. If he could accept her need for toys, spanking, and bondage in the bedroom, they might stand a chance at a future together.

HIS UNCONVENTIONAL WOMAN is a modern erotic romance based around two characters Clay and Dana. Clay is the best friend of Dana's older brother and the romance or the lust between these two has been building for some time. However, there has been something to hold Dana back for going all the way with Clay. She's loved him all of her life and wanted nothing but to be in a relationship but in her heart she can't have a ‘normal' relationship. She has a secret.

Lillith Payne has produced two really good characters. When they're together on the page makes for some interesting and really hot reading and all together was a good plot. I wanted to continue reading and I found myself looking forward to the scenes between Clay and Dana. But I felt the conflicting emotions in Dana was too much, she loves Clay and I understood the insecurity within her but I thought it lasted a little too long. I loved the way the author handled the conflict with another minor character, classy and well written.

Overall it was a good read.
