Maribelle has always been unlucky in love. Bad relationships, bad men, just nothing good. The latest guy is her fiancé, who she found cheating on her at the chapel with her cousin. After dumping him at the altar, Maribelle swears off love. To mend her broken heart she goes to Hawaii to visit her friends Eddie and Sophia. She never expected Damon and Alex to follow her with seduction on their minds, and she never expected them to want forever.
Damon and Alex have been in love with Maribelle for years. When Damon's stupid brother loses her because of his cheating ways, the best friends decide it's time to let Maribelle know just how they feel. Seducing her is easy, but convincing her to stay with them is going to be a challenge—one thing neither man has ever backed down from.

GETTING LEI'D is a hot quickie that is set in the tropical locale of the Hawaiian islands; but it's what happens between the main characters that really turns up the heat!
Maribelle escapes to Hawaii after she catches her husband-to-be having sex with her cousin in the church right before the wedding. She decides she's done with love for a while, but two men have something to say about that.
Damon and Alex are roommates who happen to share women, but they haven't been satisfied because the woman they truly wanted was supposed to marry someone else. With Mari's wedding off, the men decide that they now have their chance, and they are willing to go to Hawaii to take that chance. Now all they have to do is convince Mari that they want her for keeps.
GETTING LEI'D was short, sweet, and very very hot. I loved the interaction between Mari, Damon, and Alex. I personally can't think of a better way to get over a disastrous wedding than getting under two yummy men.
I really felt for Mari. She was dealt a pretty rough hand and she tried to get out of it with as much of her dignity intact, but she didn't have a lot of confidence in herself. I liked that Alex and Damon went out of their way to help her get that confidence back.
There wasn't too much more to the plot than what I've outlined here but there was a whole lotta lovin' in there as well. This book was very erotic and we got treated to very steamy love scenes. But I loved that there was an HEA for the entire trio and not just two out of the three.
GETTING LEI'D is book three in the Hawaiian Holidays series, but it can be read as a standalone. I thought it was the perfect way to heat up my winter!
