BEAUTY is a perfect example of why I'm such a huge fan of Sophie Oak. She has the uncanny ability of being able to blend the erotic with amazing stories that would be phenomenal without an ounce of sex in it. But it's the fact that she can write sex and BDSM like no other that just make her books utterly perfect.

Bronwyn Finn has been in hiding since the day she should have died 13 years ago. She's lost her family, her title as princess of the Seelie Fae, and even her identity. But through it all, she's been able to escape in her dream world where she spends time with her imagined lovers—her Dark Ones.

Lach and Shim McIver's know that their future is with Bronwyn Finn. They don't know how they connect with her in her dreams all those years ago, but they did. And they know that she is their bond mate. When her life is once again in jeopardy, they set across the planes of existence to find her.

However, Bronwyn is exactly pleased to find that her imaginary lovers are anything but. And they are Unseelie Fae to boot. Lach and Shim know that she's their future and they are willing to fight war, travel across the planes, and bare their souls to make her theirs.

Man, oh man. This book was amazing. This story was just impeccably written from beginning to end. I was very intrigued by the story of Bronwyn who has been long-thought dead. And Lach and Shim, the symbiotic twin princes of the Unseelie Fae, were completely delicious.

BEAUTY is book three in the Faery Story series, and I think that you would be lost if you didn't read the first two books, so I really don't think this one is a standalone. There is a lot of backstory and blending of previous stories in this one, so to truly get it, I think you would have to read those other ones. But don't fret, those books are fantastic as well.

Now, this book is a ménage romance, so it was hot! And no one does spicy and sensual like Sophie Oak. There was even hot dream sex. If I had dreams like that, I don't think I'd ever want to wake up.

BEAUTY was absolutely a five star read for me, but it's also bittersweet. It's supposed to be the last book in this series, but I'm hoping and praying it's not because I feel like there were some more stories there, and honestly, I just don't want the series to end. However, my sadness in the possible end of the series is offset by the fantastic characters that got their HEA's and the complete enjoyment I got out of spending time in this world that Sophie Oak created.
