The Course. Damn, and what a course of dominance it was. Will Drew think he's just a project or will he finally forgive himself and realize that he can love? This time his dick is not in control of a possible relationship blooming.

Drew Radcliff has had a rough year. First his fiancée, Shay, was playing him for a fool and his father thought that he was a fuck up. I felt so bad for him as he didn't deserve to be screwed like that and now he had been celibate for one year. Worst of all, he hated women with the exception of Regan, Damon's wife, and of course, his mother. He no longer had his loving high spirit, wild and carefree nature. When Regan asked him for a favor, he had to agree and soon he would be near a woman that would kick his libido into high gear.

Liv Lancaster has a job to do at the ranch; she is helping her longtime friend advertising her husband's ranch. But when she sets her eyes on the sexy cowboy, Drew, she knows what she wants and knows how to get it—by teasing him. She knows that he wants her but he is fighting his demons, and she knows what she needs to do—The Course. It was done to her by her deceased fiancé when she was in a dark place and she knew it was time to pay it forward. She knew Drew was a wild man because she could see it in his eyes and of course Regan told her. Both Regan and Damon miss the old Drew and want him back. Liv promises Regan that they will have the old Drew back, but what if he is too far gone for him to reconnect with his old self?

Drew couldn't stand it anymore with Liv's teasing; he wanted her now and no matter what, he was going to have her. Something was happening to him; he wanted to dominate her, something he never did in the past. Only he didn't care it felt wonderful being with a woman, as after he was done, he felt like an ass.

Liv knew she had to have him again but he was avoiding her. She could see small glimpses of him hinting at a smile but she needed more. Her lust was also turning into something more. One night, he finally came to her but her defiance earned her a spanking, an erotic spanking. However, a secret came out involving their high and mighty father and all hell broke loose. Now Liv didn't know if it was possible to bring the old Drew back with everything that was happening in their family.

DREW is the second book in this series and I could not put it down. Since I read the first book, Damon, I was waiting to get to know the characters better and I feel as if I am with them in this storyline. I connected with all the characters from Regan and Damon from the first to Drew and Liv in this book. I finally learned what went through Drew's mind when things went down with Shay. What he felt towards Damon for interfering in his relationship. Not only that, but the sexual chemistry that Drew and Liv shared was hot, amazing and gut wrenching. At times I felt as hot as Liv did when Drew was being so naughty to her. It was truly hot. Yes, there were small grammar errors but they didn't deter my enjoyment of this book. I greatly enjoyed Hennessee Andrews' writing style immensely.

I definitely recommend DREW: THE TEXAS SENATOR'S SON, especially if you like a little kink in the sexual contact between two people that love each other.
