Erotic Romance, LGBTQ, Ménage or more
Gerard's new apartment comes with a view--of his exhibitionist neighbors, male models Quinn and Ash, who aren't shy about their bodies, or leaving their blinds open.
Gerard can't help but watch, but it's not long before he wants more than a visual. Quinn and Ash are more than happy to welcome their hunky new neighbor.

How do you say HOT with a capital H? That is what you get when you have two beautiful male models who like to "entertain for an audience" in front of open blinds, and a man who loves to watch them. That would be the scenes with Gerard and his two neighbors Quinn and Ash, the two most beautiful, sensuous men he has ever seen.
Gerard never thought he was gay until he saw his exhibitionist neighbors while looking out his window. They love to perform for watching eyes. He tried not to watch and he tried to deny his feelings, but it wasn't long before he wanted to meet these gorgeous men and get in on the action. The first time all three of the men are together is breathtaking and scorching hot.
While this may not be very long, once I started reading I could not put the book down. It definitely was not lacking in vivid details. Jack Greene describes the scenes so well you feel like you are the voyeur watching. The attention to detail actually adds so much to the story that you wish you were there.
This is the first I've read of Jack Greene, but it most definitely won't be the last.
