The fourth book in the Gods of Love series is a fast, sexy and heartfelt read.
Aphrodite's sons set out to help their mother rediscover love and they set her up with three men that need help with their emotional turmoil as well.
The author conveys the emotions of all the characters with a precision that leaves the reader able to completely relate to them. This unique twist on the Greek gods is well written and inspires the imagination to look beyond the surface.
The sex scenes are well written and tastefully done while still being hot, steamy and very naughty. The plot flows smoothly through this emotional rediscovery through passion by all the characters. I haven't read the other novellas in this series yet, but I will definitely be reading them now.

IMMORTAL SEDUCTION is the emotional and alluring new addition to the Gods of Love series by Jennifer Lynne.
This story is about three firefighters: Ashur (the de facto leader of the group), Kieran, and Hugh. They are reeling after the loss of their friend and sometime lover in a fire and have gone to a remote resort to heal their physical wounds as well as their emotional ones. But just as the guilt and pain of loss threatens to drown them, a Goddess shows up to turn their world upside down.
Aphrodite, goddess of love, knows that she's drawn to the men, but she's not sure what to do when her initial attempts at seduction are rebuffed. But, as she finds a way into their hearts, she also finds that the men who she came to heal have healed her as well.
This story was sweet and sexy and really packed an emotional punch. I really felt for the three firefighters and could only imagine the pain that the loss of the comrade had left them with.
However, it was Aphrodite who was the most surprising for me. The ennui she seemed to display at the beginning of the story was unexpected but I could see why being a millennia-old goddess can make you a little jaded after a while. It was obvious how much the men healed her just as much as she healed them.
Now you know you can't have a goddess of love without some pretty heavy lovin' and this story didn't disappoint. M/F, M/M, M/F/M, and M/F/M/M was in there and it was steamy. It was amazing what the author could do in a few pages while still giving us a story!
IMMORTAL SEDUCTION is book four in the Gods of Love series, but this could have easily been a standalone book. I can guarantee you though that if you read this one, you will want to go back to read the first three.
I was a little trepidatious about starting this book because I assumed that it was going to be the end of the series. I really didn't want to see it end, but at the end we are told there will be a book 5. YAY! If these first four books are anything to go by, this series is just going to keep getting better and better.
