Erotic Romance, Paranormal Romance, Urban Fantasy, Vamps & Shifters Romance
There's trouble in vampire territory, and Melody is right in the middle of it. A new arrival from Eastern Europe named Taspar Tong is out to take over her masters' domains using the army he has at his command. Mel is a personal assistant, not a soldier, and big male vampires scare her.
That includes Eryx, the dark-haired warrior who is always watching her and baiting her with his remarks. If only he didn't look so sexy. Mel figures Wess Gage—their human captive—is a far safer love interest, although Wess is part of the Human Rebellion bent on exterminating all vampires. Can he really see past his prejudice, or will he turn on her?
There are two dangerous men in Mel's life. She just has to decide which of them is her type—the one who makes her feel human again, or the vampire who makes her blood boil?

A new arrival is out to take over her Masters' domains, and Melody is right in the middle of it. But that's the least of her problems as she has to choose between the two men vying for her heart in this thrilling paranormal romance.
Eryx is always watching Melody and is determined to teach her to protect herself, and Wess Gage is the human brother of Alex and part of the Human Rebellion. Both men are complete opposites and the reader can't help but get caught up in this juicy triangle. The story has some hot and steamy sex scenes but the relationship area is where all the spice is at as Melody has to decide between the two hot males, which is quite difficult considering her emotional issues that keep clouding the debate. The characters are strong, compelling and grab the reader's attention from the very beginning while the fast paced and smooth flowing plot thrills readers with lots of suspense, excitement and passion.
The story starts off with excitement and continuously builds tension and expectation from there as the danger escalates from a new enemy who has decided that he wants Lucas's and Alex's territory for himself. If that's not enough, the Human Rebellion contributes some mayhem as well. Well written scenes paint vivid images that make it easy for the reader to become part of the story and the intriguing events ensure that there is never a dull moment and that the reader doesn't want to miss a thing.
Once again, the author wowed me with non-stop excitement and passion and even threw in a few surprises as well, which meant that I couldn't put the book down once I started reading. I can't wait to find out what happens next.
