Built for war, Victor Rafe has sworn to fight for Alex and Lucas but this battle is personal and all Victor can think about is revenge until a certain vampiress distracts him in this thrilling finale to the Vampire Territories.
Ciarra refuses to play the fool for any man and she wants Taspar dead as much as anyone but she won't sit back and watch vengeance destroy Victor. The readers find themselves caught up in the excitement of both battle and romance as Victor learns to multi-task. The sizzling chemistry between Victor and Ciarra is definitely enough to distract anyone but until Victor gets his head in the relationship and figures out that he can fight for Ciarra while fighting their enemies, this romance is on standby which has emotions flowing from the pages of this fast paced and smooth flowing plot full of suspense, excitement, romance and strong, commanding characters.
I don't know about you, but this is one battle that I have been waiting on pins and needles for and it is one exhilarating experience as Alex, Lucas and their vampires turn the tables on the evil Taspar Tong. The anticipation builds throughout the story keeping readers on edge while the intriguing events and adrenaline pumping action keeps them glued to the pages as everyone decides to get a piece of Taspar including the human rebellion which of course causes even more excitement and mayhem.
Once again, the well written scenes are full of great details that bring this exciting story to its final conclusion in vivid detail that had me enthralled from beginning to end. I am sorry to see it end and I am certainly hoping that the author maybe does a spin off in the same world (hint, hint) but the author did a great job of closing this one out so there isn't any burning questions left to be answered. Overall I think the ending was quite moving and fitting for the story.
