CAPTIVATED AND CAPTURED is a compilation of eight stories of captivating men (demons, shapeshifters, vampires, warriors) who know what they want when they see it and aren't afraid to take it.

Each story is unique within this volume, which makes them that much more interesting. From dragons to Amazonians, to fire demons and their spiteful queen, to vampires, to the fierce warriors in all of them, I chose one story per day and indulged in a bit of naughty lunch time as I savored these tasty morsels over the course of ten work days (ran out of time on a couple stories).

The characters are all great and the worlds that the respective authors wove were easy to get into and helped move the stories along. Each story is well developed, despite the shorter lengths, and it was easy to be pulled along with the characters as we experienced the action along with them. The sex/sensual scenes were all grand fun and I found myself relishing their interactions as I quickly scrolled through the pages.

If you enjoy scifi/fantasy stories (not all are) or are merely dipping your toes in the water of this genre, this is a great place to start. The stories aren't overwhelmingly long and I enjoyed the majority of them immensely.

And while yes, if pressed, I could sort these stories from most favorite to least, but it will be different for you. Story lengths vary considerably from one to the other; there are some mild BDSM elements in the stories, so forewarned.
