Tiernan is one of a kind. Beyond the divine dimples, killer blue eyes, and hard muscled body, Tiernan is also the only Fairy Godfather. Most of the Fairy Godmothers have no problem with keeping Tiernan around, but Reina isn't like most Fairy Godmothers.

Amongst Fairy Godmothers, Reina is the best. Organized, efficient, logical. So why is it when Tiernan is around, all those qualities fly out the window? Reina doesn't like that one infuriating male makes her lose control, and just wants him gone. Circumstances arise that just might let her get her wish, though not in a way she ever wanted.

Tiernan is given an assignment and told either get a Happily Ever After or he will no longer be a Fairy Godfather. Reina is going with him to supervise, but if Tiernan gets his way, he'll not only be supervising that luscious stubborn fairy in bed, but also get her to admit Happily Ever Afters also apply to Fairy Godmothers.

LOVING A FAIRY GODMOTHER is a fun take on the behind the scenes of a fairy tale, from the point of view of the fairy godmothers, along with the entry of an unknown variable into their ranks--that of a fairy godfather.

Tiernan was unlucky enough to be assigned a lousy fairy godmother and as his life's blood leaked out of him, she granted him a wish to make amends. And what he wished for is something they both couldn't have foreseen--to be a fairy godfather. And when he awakened whole and healthy in fairy land, he was intrigued by one of the fairy godmothers that he saw--Reina, who wouldn't give him the time of day and who sought to have him reassigned to another area.

However, when the villainous Elf King sought to attack and boot Tiernan out, Reina would do everything in her power to make sure this didn't happen. And so, she became partners with Tiernan to make sure Cinderella got her HEA. What she didn't foresee was that evil was also afoot...

Reina and Tiernan were sizzling together. All the fights and disagreements they had only served to heighten the sexual tension, and when the moment came, they were explosive together.

The author's writing style was fun and easy to read, and I like the depth and dimension she gave to Cinderella, and the parallelism between her and Reina's situation. Only when she was pushed to the limit did Reina break, only when she stands to lose something precious did her eyes open. Only then, it may be too late.

The fun twist at the end is one I didn't see coming, and it left a smile on my face and a sense of wonder.

LOVING A FAIRY GODMOTHER is a fine piece of writing by Ms. Danielle Monsch and I'm looking forward to read more of her work.
